Sprint planning is probably one of the most underutilized ceremonies that we have in our toolbelt. This episode will focus on the inputs and output of sprint planning and would be a great episode for the entire agile scrum team to listen to. I’ll share some thoughts around the format of the event, some tips for agility and some interesting ways to help you set and manage expectations.

Often times we overprocess our sprint. This episode will explain more detail about what the sprint really is, why we have it, and how we can improve it. We all run into similar issues from what I have seen. I’d like to share some of the same issues that you have And obviously give you some insight and some helpful tips to help you make the most of your sprint.
