Photographer and musician, Kristi Dennis, is my guest on this compelling episode of the Planet Shivers podcast.

After I give a peculiar off-the-cuff monologue, Kristi and I talk about her interest in photography, live music photography, and finding her own styles of taking pictures.

Then Kristi and I talk music, a little jazz history, and Kristi’s own musicianship.

Cap that all of with some history of photography, and you get a fun episode that I enjoyed creating. It was enjoyable to chat with Kristi, and I think you’ll honestly enjoy this episode also! So listen!

Planet Shivers - Ep.110: NASCAR 2023 Review

On this episode of the rag-tag Planet Shivers Podcast, I will be talking to you about the 2023 NASCAR season, and some of its highlights. I’ll talk up the new champion, Ryan Blaney, go through a short list of my favorite events of the season, as well as cover a long-time favorite driver, Kevin Harvick, retiring from the sport this year.
After all that excitement, I want to tell you about some NASCAR videos (links below) you should check out this off-season; including Richard Petty, his family, lumpy car roofs, and shoeing the media away with a broom!
It was tough to cover everything in less than a half hour, but we’re going to bring in some other experts and continue in another episode, so keep and eye out!
This episode is dedicated to late Ken Squier, NASCAR pioneer and commenter, who recently passed away.

This episode begins a series within Planet Shivers of Paranormal Roundtables!

Basically, we got a group of people together to trade stories on the unexplained.

In this first installment, you’ll hear about strange creatures in the woods with out most recurring guest, Don Wilson. Was it Sasquatch, a Yeti, or something else?

His partner, Mary talks of her experience being surrounded (engulfed even) in protoplasmic lights at four years old. Was it a dream or an alternative plane?

Then Shahn shares a story of a chimney pukwudgie in the woods of New Jersey, and then how it links with Shakespeare and Hawaiian Punch.

We close with a conversation about the Native American Hopi prophesy and the World Wide Web!

I hope you enjoy this episode, and Happy Halloween!

Before getting to our guest, I share a spooky story of someone, or something, seen in my very own apartment!
