In this final episode of the year I sit down with Mitch Egger a man I trust deeply.

In this episode I sit down with my good mate Mitch Currie and we talk about the evolution of the healing space and where people are getting stuck. These days everyone is talking about trauma and brokenness and everything that is wrong with them. Awareness is important, but if we keep feeding the story of our wounds we just create more of it. When we set our attention on what is wrong, it grows. We end up looking for problems that may not even be there.

We speak about the difference between healing from pain and living in the identity of pain. Healing is not about repeating the story of how broken you are. It is about coming back to the truth of who you are. Strength, responsibility and the willingness to step into something greater.

We also talk about social media, phones, iPads and the technology our kids are surrounded by. It is not going away. It is about the information they receive and the space we hold for them. The example we set becomes their real guidance and protection.

Another big message we share is loving yourself first. You cannot pour into your kids if you are empty. You cannot put your kids first if you are not taking care of yourself. If you are not being the best version of you then your kids will not receive the best version of you. It starts with you.

Kels and I sit down for an easy, honest chat about life. We look back on the old MSN days and the funny email names we used to have, and then drift into where life is now. A real conversation about change, growth, and learning to float with it all instead of fighting the waves.

In this solo episode I sit with the raw rhythm of life and everything it keeps teaching me. Life doesn’t pause for any of us. It keeps unfolding, shifting, breaking apart and coming back together, and all we can really do is meet it as it is. When we stop fighting what is and start adapting, accepting and moving with it, life becomes an adventure again instead of a burden.

I talk about the trap of blaming others, even the systems and governments that feel corrupt and broken. Pointing the finger outward never brings change. Real change begins when we turn that pointer back to ourselves and decide who we want to be in the middle of all the chaos.

I move into the reality of death and rebirth, how a hard season can feel like an ending when it’s actually the start of something forming underneath. The fall and the rise happening at the same time. One world dissolving while another slowly appears, like walking a quiet bridge between what was and what is becoming.

I also share a little about my new book coming out around Christmas and into the new year, something created to support anyone who is sitting in a difficult chapter and trying to find their way through. It’s a guide back to your own real power, helping you move from the world you feel stuck in toward the world that’s waiting for you on the other side.

A Father’s Fight: Surviving Loss and Finding Life Again With His Boy

In this sacred episode, I sit down with coach and fighter Brad Davies from the Gold Coast to hear a story that changed my life. Brad opens up about how his partner became gravely ill while carrying their baby, how the sickness led to losing the baby, and then the devastating loss of his partner soon after. He shares how he found the strength to keep moving forward for his boy Hudson.

With raw honesty, Brad speaks about how, in his darkest days, he leaned on his boy more than his boy leaned on him, and how Hudson had no idea at the time just how much he was carrying his dad through.
