When Carol - a healthy lifestyle guru on the verge of finishing her latest self-help book - has a near death experience on the way to a yoga retreat, something snaps. The health-obsessed woman decides to try doing the opposite of everything she’d ever preached and runs away from the life she’d painstakingly curated.
