In this episode, we mine the depths of what Heb. 6:6 means when it speaks of 'falling away'.
It is from this little phrase that we get our English word apostasy from its Greek equivalent.
We look at the classic Arminian view, the original Calvinist view, and what we feel is the accurate Biblical view.
This lesson should be helpful and informative to anyone who has ever wondered what it means to fall away or to apostatize.
In our Q&A segment, we answer the question: Can we make deals with the Lord?

Chris Lee will be joining in, and collaborating with Bro. Donnie. We chose the Bible as the best place to start our discussion of what we believe, because it is the sole basis of all right belief.
We have a very interesting back and forth covering several topics. We also cover various angles within those topics as well.

In today's episode, we cover several heavy topics. The topics we cover today leaves us with a soberness that causes us to reflect on what the writer of Hebrews has said. We look at apostasy, blasphemy, reprobation, and backsliding. Admittedly, none of these are desirable topics to chat about, but we do need to know what they are, how they are similar, how they are different, and how to keep ourselves from them.
In our Q&A segment, we answer another fascinating question: How come several people failed to recognize Jesus after His resurrection?

In this episode, we cover quite a bit of territory, but we only look at 2 verses! We study what it means to have faith in God, and then we examine what the term 'election' means according to the biblical writers. We dig into the list of things the author of Hebrews calls foundational, such as baptisms, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
In our Q&A segment, we answer a tough question: How can God be a loving God, but still yet be a God of anger and judgment?
We think you will find this study challenging, but we believe you will also find some food for your soul.

In this episode, we look at the huge difference between partaking of milk and meat. We study about the need for discernment so that we will know good from evil. We embark on a journey into one of the most controversial chapters in the Bible, Hebrews 6. We look into what the author meant when he said that we need to go on unto perfection. We see that the writer pleads with his audience to quit laying again the foundation. We end this study with the author giving an itemized list of all the things that they were continually working on.
In our Q&A segment, we bring forth an answer to one of our listeners.
The query is: We all know about the 42-month long drought during the time of Elijah, and Ahab, but why did God send this drought to Israel?
Put on your seat belt and hang on, for we intend to cover some ground today!

In this episode, we will be breaking down some key words that will help our understanding of this portion of our text. The writer says that he has much to say, but he knew his original audience would not be able to handle it. I wonder if we could handle it? The time had come for them to be teachers, but he said that they were needing to be taught all over again themselves. In short, he chides them for their spiritual immaturity, callings them babes!
In our Q&A segment, we answer a question sent on by a listener from Oklahoma.
The question is: What is the difference between precepts, statutes, principles, and commandments?

Today is our 4th special edition! We are excited to bring you this episode which is based off of a question sent in by one of our listeners. The original question was: You have mentioned the sovereignty of God and the freewill of man on your podcast. How can these two things coexist together? We take much of our time laying out what the sovereignty of God is, what it isn't, and then we try to show forth how the free will of man does not negate the sovereignty of God. Our study today is jam-packed with intriguing facts about God, His Word, and what it all means for us... we believe you will really like it!

In our study today, we will be examining several interesting phrases that are said about the humanity of Jesus, all of which pertain in some way to His being our High Priest. We try to understand what this means, and more specifically, what it means to us. We talk about how He had tears, strong crying, fear, and how He was 'made' perfect. All of these statements have something to do with the flesh of Christ.
In our Q&A segment, we have 2 questions that we answer, which were sent in by our listeners.
The first one is: Why did Jesus leave 12 baskets of food after feeding the 5,000, and only 7 baskets of food after feeding the 4,000? Is there any meaning to these numbers?
The second question is: Many of the vegans and vegetarians today cite Gen. 1:29, and say that God never gave man an allowance to eat meat, but He did okay mankind to eat herbs... what do you say to this?

In this episode we study through the description of the priesthood that the author of Hebrews gives in the first few verses of chapter 5. He differentiates between the priesthood of Aaron, Melchizedec, and of Christ. It is imperative that we understand the workings of these other priesthoods, so we can better understand how the priesthood of Christ works.
In our Q&A segment, we bring answers to 2 questions that were sent in.
The first is: Before the cross, men who prayed had sin that still remained, so did prayer become more precious to God, or more holy in a sense, after the cross?
The second one is: If I ask Jesus into my heart, and then I later sin, will He forgive me? Am I still saved? We believe you will enjoy this information packed episode!
