In today's study, we finish our brief overview on the attributes of God. Once again, Bro. Chris Lee explained the Moral Attributes while Bro. Donnie explained the Divine Attributes. With there being so many of God's attributes, we only covered the most prominent of them. At the end, we give a summary of all the attributes of God.
We hope this episode helps you in your knowledge of the Lord!

In today's study, we will see that Jesus is the High Priest of good things to come, and also of a greater tabernacle. He didn't do this by the blood of bulls, goats, or of calves, but He did do this by His own blood. He has purged our consciences from our dead works so we can now serve the living God. Jesus is the Mediator of the New Covenant, which is also known as the New Testament. The Testament can't go into effect until the death of the Testator, so this tells us that our Testament is valid right now! Our Testator has died, but He rose again, and gave us a better covenant through His mediation.
In our Q&A segment, we answer this question: How did King Saul die?
This is an interesting question with a difficult answer. We believe you will enjoy today's episode, so go ahead, give it a listen!

In this episode, we begin chapter 9 of the book of Hebrews, and in doing so, we examine the Old Covenant, the old tabernacle, and all of the old things contained within it. We learn about how the priests work, and we look into what some of their requirements were. In all that they did, they still couldn't make anyone perfect. We know that perfection came through Jesus who brought us the time of reformation.
In our Q&A segment, we answer the question: We hear people often say that sin is sin, but is this an accurate statement?
We think you will be challenged and blessed by this study today!

On today's episode, we deal with a prickly subject that has perplexed many people through the years. We received a question from a listener asking us to deal with this topic. When it comes to self-defense, there are mainly 2 positions, and both sides feel very strongly about this. We do our best to answer this question biblically, logically, and honestly. Even if you don't agree with our conclusion at the end, we pray that you will seek the Lord and the scriptures for what is right.
We certainly hope you enjoy this episode!

In today's study, we look at how the first covenant had fault within it. We see that this is why God made a New Covenant with us in Jer. 31, and Eze. 36. God is merciful to our unrighteousness, and He shows us this by remembering our sins and iniquities no more. The Old Covenant waxed old and decayed, but the New Covenant is good for as long as Jesus lives. We can all rest assured that this covenant is an everlasting one because our Savior lives forever!
In our Q&A segment, we answer 2 questions that were sent in.
The first one: Is it possible for a person to have the Joy of the Lord and the fear of the Lord simultaneously?
The second one: In Deut. 10:12, we are told that we are to fear the Lord and to love Him... how is it possible to fear the Lord and to love Him at the same time?
You will certainly enjoy this episode!

In today's study, we talk our High Priest, which is the One who is better. Our High Priest sits at the right hand of God in Heaven. This tells us that He is the fulfillment of the Messianic prophecy found in Ps. 110. Every High Priest must have something to offer unto God as they minister, and our High Priest was no different. Jesus obtained a more excellent ministry. He is the Mediator of a better covenant. He also has established it upon better promises.
In our Q&A segment, we answer a question that has been around for years, but it eventually made its way to our show through one of our listeners.
The question is: Many people use 1Sam. 16:7 to justify dressing any way they want to... is this the right way to interpret this portion of scripture?
At the end, we announce a new podcast that comes out today!
We have the 2 brothers on a call who will be doing the podcast to tell us a little about it.

Today's episode is another Special Edition!
This is our third installment of Systematic Theology with Bro. Donnie and Bro. Chris Lee.
Bro. Donnie will be going over the Divine attributes of God, while Bro. Chris will be going over the Moral attributes of God. We firmly believe all 3 members of the Godhead possess all of these attributes.
We certainly believe this study will be helpful to anyone who wants to know more about the Lord, and to have a deeper relationship with Him.

In today's episode, we study the explanation of the writer of Hebrews concerning the Holiness of our High Priest. He is holy, harmless, undefiled, and separate from sinners. The writer declares Him as higher than the heavens! We learn that our High Priest doesn't have to sacrifice for His own sins first as the other priests did. The reason for this is because our High Priest has no sins. We finish up by looking at how Jesus was made High Priest by an oath that God the Father uttered.
In our Q&A segment, we answer 2 questions!
The first is: What is the difference between what Peter and Judas did?
The second one is: Why does God allow false prophets to exist, especially since they so often lead God's people astray?
We think you'll find a few nuggets worth listening to today...

In today's episode, we tackle an uncomfortable question, and a controversial topic.
The question is: How saved are you?
The controversial topic is: What does it mean to be saved to the uttermost?
We dig deep into what the writer meant when he said that we are saved to the uttermost.
We view the classic Arminian and Calvinist beliefs on this, and then we compare them with the Biblical teaching. I believe most people will be surprised by the conclusion that we arrive at. We believe that this will be a very beneficial study for those who have wondered the question: How saved are we?
Since this study is in line with a question a listener sent in a month or so ago, and it is also in line with the chronology of verses of which we are studying, we have no Q&A segment at the end, but I think you will still enjoy this episode today!

In this episode, we wanted to do something that would help us think in terms of a New Year.
What better way to do this than to take a portion of scripture that speaks of someone getting a new start? We chose the book of Ruth for this, because not only did Ruth get a new beginning, but so did Naomi as well. We did the whole book of Ruth as an audio adaptation similar to our last Christmas special. At the end, we tie together a few thoughts and themes found within this poignant story.
We hope you enjoy this Special Edition of this powerful Bible story!
