In today's study, we look at the faith of Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, and of Moses. Within these men, we see the nation of Israel beginning to grow and prosper, and then migrating into Egypt. It was the faith of these men along with the parents of Moses who believed until God brought them out of Egypt in the Exodus. As we see today, faith can bring a lot of blessings into our lives, and cause a lot of good things to happen for us.

In today's study we talk about how God called Abraham, and how he obediently went out not knowing where he would end up. He was looking for a city whose builder and maker is God. We also read that Sarah and Isaac were included in this promise to Abraham as well, but they all died in the faith, without receiving the promise. The writer felt this proves they were truly seeking a Heavenly city. It is the same place true believers are still seeking today. In short, we study the faith of Abraham in this episode.
In our Q&A segment, we answer the question: What do you think it means when the Bible speaks of us needing to 'walk with the Lord'?

In today's episode, we see where the writer reminds us that people died under the hand of Moses' law under two or three witnesses. He asks how much worse will our punishment be if we do despite unto the Spirit of Grace? He tells us it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God, and because of this thought, he pleads with his audience to not cast away their confidence in the Lord. He says that we need patience to be able to receive the promises of God, because the just shall live by his faith. He boldly states that we are not of them that draw back unto perdition, but we are of those who believe to the saving of the soul.
In our Q&A segment, we answer an intriguing question: In the New Testament, Jesus is accused of being a winebibber and a glutton... does this mean that Jesus drank wine and overate? We believe you will find this episode exhilarating!

In today's episode, we see how the writer understood the New Covenant that God spoke to Jeremiah about. He boldly declares that we now have a way into the holy of holies, and it is through the blood of Jesus Christ. We also learn that the veil was not the curtain inside the Temple, but it was the flesh of Christ that was torn. Because of this, we have full assurance of faith that causes us to draw near to God. The writer then turns and begins to describe what faithfulness to God truly is. He stresses the importance of gathering together with other believers, and that we should provoke one another unto good works. This is an exhortation against backsliding and against apostasy.
In our Q&A segment, we answer the question: I have read the crossing of the Red Sea in Exodus several times, and then I have read about how Paul refers to this in 1Cor. 10 as the Israelites being baptized by Moses... what does all of this mean?
We know that this episode gets a little heavy towards the end, but we hope it challenges you, blesses you, and is a help to you!

In today's study, we look at how the law was only a shadow of that which would come later, because it couldn't make the comers thereunto perfect. We saw that it couldn't purge their consciences either. We will see that it is not possible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins. We are reminded how Jesus came to do God's will, and by doing so, He offered a sacrifice that did take away the sins of mankind. He has forever perfected those who are sanctified.
In our Q&A segment, we answer the question: Did Absalom die because he overthrew the Kingship of his father?

In this study we will be looking at how Moses and Aaron conducted the sacrifices, along with all of the elements that went with it. The main focus of the writer turns to the forgiveness of sins and the power that is within the blood. He speaks of better sacrifices, and of how the high priest had to use the blood of animals. He then contrasts this with how Jesus used His own blood to redeem us. We see how it has been appointed unto man once to die, and then after this, the judgment.
In our Q&A segment, we are asked a very good question: Why does it seem that wicked people tend to be very religious?
We believe you will thoroughly enjoy this episode!
