In this episode, we try to explain what God meant when He speaks to the Son who has been from everlasting to everlasting, and says: This day have I begotten thee. If the Son is the Word, and the Word was in the beginning with God, how was He begotten at a later point in time?
We also tackle two very intriguing questions at the end. One of them is: Who wrote the book of Hebrews? The next one is even more complicated: Is it right to judge or not?
We invite everyone to come along with us on this journey through the Bible!

Today, we tackle one of the author of Hebrews favorite things to do... comparisons between something that the Jews held in high regard, and contrasting it with Jesus. That just happens to be the angels in this episode. We also have a very interesting question that came in. We try to answer: Why did God tell Adam to leave his mother and father and cleave to his wife, when Adam had no mother nor father?

In this episode, we dig into the phrase 'the brightness of His Glory', and dive into the Greek meaning here. The word 'apaugasma' is a Greek word which describes the brightness of God's glory, and it is also the fulfillment of the wisdom of God.
At the end, we tackle an interesting question that was sent in: Does God hear us every time we pray?

Today we will be examining the link between the 'Apaugasma' and the Wisdom of God from the Old Testament book of Proverbs. We will be looking into several scriptures that we believe give a beautiful description of Jesus... are you ready for it?... in the Old Testament!
At the end, we have 2 questions that have been sent in. One asks if there was a symbolic reasoning for Jesus being a carpenter. The other one asks if God has a plan for every person's life. Tune in to find out these answers along with a chance to see Jesus in the Old Testament!

Pod King podcast is a Bible study that specializes in examining the Bible according to the original languages (Hebrew and Greek), in order to understand the Word of God more fully.  Today's episode is our first podcast, and we are just starting off on a study of the book of Hebrews. Today, we look at the various ways God has chosen to speak to humanity. All of our studies will be Christ-centered, and usually take us on some exciting excursions into many different topics.
