Cameron Renshaw has built his northern Victorian business, Calflink, on the back of growing demand for high quality dairy beef.  In this discussion with Sarah Bolton from the Dairy Australia animal health and welfare team, Cameron looks at the opportunities that exist for the dairy industry, but warns that farmers need to understand what the market demands so they can provide the right dairy beef product.
