Hi there listener! This is Denise from Super Fast Recruitment and as always you can find a transcription of this podcast over at the website and on the blog and you can download it as well. Today’s subject is about review. It's about looking at where you may be currently with just a few months of the year remaining on the 4 key functions within your own business. This was something that was shared with us the number of years ago by one of our mentors and it was about how there are just basically just 4 key functions of a business that you need to be looking at and how are you going to perform in each of those.

Today’s podcast is about LinkedIn groups, how you might be using them and maybe a couple of little points that maybe you’ve not thought about. I was talking to a client today and we were discussing a promotional event that he wants to run to attract some new clients and just get some buzz going about his new division. We talked about - In the particular local area, he wanted to get some traction going. So how about going and seeing what's happening in some of the local groups because there's bound to be a local business networking group within that area.

Now LinkedIn company pages – should you have one? And this is a question from one of our subscribers, Jane. The short answer is “Yes, you should have everything that you can that profiles you and your organization and enables people to find you.” LinkedIn is like its own search engine. Google loves it and it actually will rank your company page as one of these sort of links that you’re going to see on the first page of Google.

Today’s subject is all about the ‘O’ word which is ‘offers’ and making offers that help to engage our potential clients and candidates. For us it would be recruiters that want to work with us. It's how we engage people and bring them on board and hopefully make some sales and some revenue from it as well.

Now one of the ups and downs of sales and marketing is that unfortunately our customers and when you're a recruiter your candidates and your clients - they may decide to purchase your services as they come along to you, they want to apply for one of the vacancies that you are promoting and join one of your lovely clients - they will do that on their own time scale.

Well, social selling is the big thing now online and it's a great way to create awareness for your brand, bring potential candidates and clients into your marketing funnels, and generally profile you as the expert in your niche. One of the ways it actually works is if you can get your content created and shared.
