"I know that the men that I've interacted with, I'm watching them. When I hear them say on the one hand that they appreciate women, but then use us as a weapon against men. I am so used to seeing it. It's not even a blip on the radar, although it's infuriating. But then for them to turn around and oh, suddenly if it's children they must put on a performance that now this is a concern when it's women, forget it."

"Random Thought Generator was about creating prompts to inspire the imagination and creativity for thought experiments. To boost the mood was the main priority. But this has sort of expanded and morphed a little bit, particularly in moving it. I've put it now on Instagram and I've renamed it Human Sparks. With all of the emphasis that we see on AI and the way that AI is used, not only more overtly but also behind the scenes, it's causing for a lot of offloading of our cognitive efforts."

"Another one is about philosophical topics or whatever. And like, so you can categorize them and then under each one, then it's kind of like telegram where you can leave in a linear fashion audio or text responses. And then the live rooms, it's not a room, it's just, just a live space. People can come in and, and mute or unmute in order to speak and, and have the live back and forth."

"That means that as of the 15th of December, any of my episodes that are distributed to any of the different streaming services will no longer be available. I wanted to give everyone a heads up on that. Like I said, I don't know yet where I'm going or what I'm doing. The. The one thing I do know, and I can tell you that now, is the other account that I have, Random Thought Generator."

"There's lots of convoluted messiness in there as well. But relatively speaking, science was a method we used to understand what is. In some cases, you might say even religion or religions are another example of understanding what is, or at least has been in the past, still is. But I, I mean depending on how, how you implement religion into your life will maybe vary on those framings of what is. Right?"

"Doing it in social audio makes it a little bit more feasible for me to participate. But at the same time, it's a lot. I was in a conversation earlier and it was a room about. I don't know how many people were in the conversation. Each person was basically taking their own turn to speak. So there weren't a lot of overlapping voices. And even if there were interruptions, it was organic, right? It just. It went."

"Now, there are a lot of things we could dive into in different areas, and there are some truth to those things. But I'm talking about the hyper moralizing of the nervous system and trying to weaponize it against people rather than integrating it into a part of the whole picture. Right. You hear logic over emotion or logic over the nervous system. I argue that these things actually are intertwined and work together."

  • @SeekingPlumb | Men are struggling. Can changing our thinking be (part of) the solution?
Click here to reply to @SeekingPlumb

"And I think the way that we go about doing this differently is that we integrate the way that men have been conditioned and the way that women have been conditioned to look at problems, the internal and the external and we interlace them together to come up with new ways of looking at what is the real problem here. How do we go about fixing it together, not putting the responsibility in one area but instead looking at this in a more multi."

"Like, right now, I nickel and dime things, but if in the game, I could spend a hundred million dollars, two hundred million dollars, and not think twice about it, not think twice about it. And so then when I think about the millionaires and billionaires in New York City throwing money behind Andrew Cuomo so they don't have to pay 2%. That's all. That's all Zoran Mamdani wants to do. Increase taxes on the rich by 2%. 2%. Okay."

"But deciding like to measure people, this is like getting to exactly the psychology of what's harmful when it comes to like there is an element of clinical narcissism that's genetic. And it's a matter of like, when those things are switched on, switched off. But part of it is also how the child is parented."
