For instance, I just recently came off of a 40 day fast. I never been there. I've done 21 days at the most, back in the days. But when I believe my Abba father said what he said to me in February, at the end of February, you will begin a 40 day fast. Okay."

"It's a shift in how you carry the memory. After all the losses. And as I said before, my platform is on grief. So after all the losses, I choose, it's my choice. How we choose to go through this closing process is up to us. I choose to remember the good. I choose to remember the best of a person. Because the worst of the person or transition or circumstances put me in a different mindset and a mind shift."

"You know, even with losing my father unexpected because we weren't informed about his medical journey that he was taking, and when the decision was made for the life support to be taken, it was at the last minute. There was no closure. He didn't know who I was, he didn't know who anyone was in the room. So appreciate life is what I say. Appreciate the things you do have, and hopefully it won't be a sad song of closure."

To bring myself back to what I was trying to do in the first place, which is more than just survive, but to thrive and to understand that God has good days and there are bad days assigned to me as well.
