"Hubby and I are trying to cut down on our Netflix and Prime binge watching. So he's reading books while I'm still playing bridge or scrolling on my tablet looking for funny dog or baby videos. Inevitably, some outrageous political commentary shows up, and that's when I get sucked in again. But since I enjoyed watching episodes of Reacher on the television, I decided to read Lee Child's novel."

"So those are the books that I like to read. And naturally I think everyone likes to read when it's raining, you know, sitting in a little nook somewhere with the rain. But yeah, I like a nice early morning, sitting outside somewhere, nice cool breeze and reading and taking notes, Take a lot of notes when I read and I do a lot of studying. So that's it. And I wish everyone a great day and be safe."

"That's the kind of weather I wait for, the one that lets me meet myself between pages that were never really about someone else. So, no, it's not about rain or sunshine. It's about what's the world feel like when it finally matches the rhythm of your heart, when it's safe enough to be still. And when that stillness pured with the right book doesn't just offer peace, it offers presence. Thank you."

"I feel like a lot of people might say, like, autumn or winter is their favorite reading season because it's just like the coziest books are in those seasons. But I think that being in school, like summer, I always associate with reading. So I would say summer. I don't know. I feel like there's just so many good, like, summer, beachy, fun reads during that season."

"But not with Philippa Gregory. So if you like the Other Boleyn Girl, you should read. I've. I've read a lot of her books, but she's got tons. So, anyways, my answer is Philippa Gregory, on a cozy rainy day with hot cocoa and a bed for blanket for. Was just me and my dog Hannah, and a book."

"I'm currently reading a book called the Covenant of Water by Abraham Varghese. It's a powerful and multi generational saga set in Kerala, especially in the 1900s, and one fascinating thing about the book is that at least one person in a generation dies of drowning. This book also covers various aspects and themes like caste system, inequality, colonial influence, and even the transformative power of medicine. I am so far 200, hundred pages into the book and I'm really loving it."

"It's quite unreasonable, kind of, you know, unbearable for most of us because we don't want to talk about it. But if we talk about the death and all, it's quite interesting what I have experienced. So I would request all the listeners, whoever are listening, kindly go through this book. It's quite interesting and it's for all the people because we all are going to die one day. So let's."
