Foundry Healthcare Lewes is a NHS Primary Care Network, the ‘new normal’ for Lewes surgeries who have come together to improve GP and other healthcare services in Lewes and surrounding areas. They discuss how it all started and how they explored merging the practices, looking into sharing staff and funding as well as holding on to the best parts of the existing ways of working within each practice.
