We are delighted to feature Cambridgeshire Community Services Trust CEO (and NHS England lead for Community Health) Matthew Winn, to get his views on the existing relationship between community services and general practice, and what can be done to establish, enhance and improve existing partnerships locally, in readiness for the new models of care.
