    The audio quality is phenomenal. I love the music I love the vibe I liked the jingle bells in the background.

    I love the fact that you didn't let a kid that was giving you one-word answers throw you. The only disconnect I had (but I get it) is I'm supposed to be learning insights into local real estate. This is about this run that's happening and this person is going to be the benefit. Part of me was expecting tips on how to be a better realtor.

    I like this on a couple levels. People in Sarasota would listen to this (as they get news about their town), and they get to know a little more about the jingle bell run. You then are developing a relationship with your audience. Now when somebody is thinking of selling/buying house they're going to go to you guys. So I like the strategy here.

    The show contains strong language, “adult situations” (whatever that means), and isn’t for the easily offended.

    I am typically not an audio drama guy, but this had great production, I LOVED THE ACCENTS, and it was funny. The bottom line was I wanted to hear more.

    This show has a couple of things. Your website graphics load very slow. Soundcloud took forever to let me download the file. You are using m4a which causes issues with some player. Your audio quality is pretty bad. Check out the kits I have at https://kit.com/podcastcoach. If everyone had their own microphone, and you turn off the air conditioning in the back, I really liked where the conversation was going, but the audio quality was all over the place. A little editing, and a little volume leveling and this would have been much better. Be ready to come out of the gate with what you are are going to say. You don't have to read it, but you do know you're recording, so don't act surprised.

    The audio production was good, but the promo for the other show was so good, I thought it was a promo for another show. I didn't realize I was listening to WSPN. The voice actors did a good job of committing, but I thought this was a show where couples would call in for relationship advice. Instead, there was some cricket drama. If that was a joke, it missed. Get to your bread and butter right out of the gate. So it seemed to move slow, and I was left confused. Also, the subscribe buttons on your website should be set to open in a new window so you don't send people completely away from your site.

    I loved the audio quality of the show and the chemistry of the hosts. I liked that you let people know what the show was about. You started off with thanking your audience. Then let people know where to come to get a t-shirt. Then you thanked your sponsors. Then you had to mention your calendar. For me, I was ready for the interview when you got to the calendar.

    I LOVED that you got right to an interesting story with your guest. There was no "tell us a little bit about yourself..." type of intro. I love, love, loved that. It was content that I couldn't get any place else (and I found the twin talk fascinating).

    You have a thick accent, and there isn't much of a welcome. You get straight to the information, but there wasn't anything that really stuck out as unique.     I like that you let about the podcast, and who its for. Before you got into what the episode was about you got into talking about your day and your travels. This isn't a travel show, it's a book club. Then when we learned about the little town, and I really expected you to say SOMETHING about the book, or book related, and instead you started to talk about the butcher.

    When you combine this with some very strange recording issue. Your voices sound almost robotic. This makes me believe that maybe you have a phase problem when you record and you are getting too much cross-talk across your recording. I can't diagnose that without hearing how you record, but there is something weird going on.

    I was glad to see you bought a domain and pointed it at your spreaker site.

    This show has a great first impression. It starts off explaining what the show is about and who its for. It then explains what to expect in this episode, and my favorite was the second question that lead right into a great story. My only worry is you are using anchor.fm and I know they are free, but free is not a good business model (even now with the advertising model) I would check into Libsyn.com or Podbean.com (use the coupon code sopfree ). If this podcast is to promote your brand, the first few minutes of this show should suck people in.
