What I Liked About This EpisodeI liked that you got to the table of contents and let me know what was coming up. The audio sounds good.
What I Thought Could Use Some PolishingLose the baby clip (you have the table of contents for a tease).
Too many ads. I listened for 5 minutes, and aside from the table of contents, you never got to any of your stories.
You need to label your show as explicit.

What I Liked About This EpisodeI loved how you talked to ONE person, and your personality shined through the headphones. I could hear your smile. The intro was very warm, and for the most part got to the introduction of the episode (you did a great job of explaining what the show is).
What I Thought Could Use Some PolishingThen, instead of providing a list of subjects that would be covered and explaining who the guest is and why you have them on, you provided a summary of every topic (so do I need to hear what Lisa said? You just told me). All the chit-chat stuff is not bad to have in your show but put it AFTER the interview where you can talk about YOUR reflections of the conversation (and reinforce that it is still YOUR show).
I do find it odd that a show about growing your business is hosted by someone who doesn't have a website and is using a free email tool for their main website.

If you can never get enough true crime... Congratulations, you’ve found your people.
Website: https://crimejunkiepodcast.com/
What I Liked About This EpisodeThe intro did a good job of getting me to stick around for more.
What I Thought Could Use Some PolishingThe music at the beginning was a little long in my book, and for me the story moved along a little slow. Do we need all these details? Maybe I'm not a crime junkie, but isn't this really a "Who done it?" In the end, when I clicked stopped, I didn't feel the need to click play again.

Hear Trevor Noah in a way you’ve never heard him before. “What Now? with Trevor Noah” is a show wherein each episode Trevor will go deep with a special guest, including entertainers, CEOs, actors, athletes, and thought leaders. These are the kind of conversations that happen behind the scenes, full of radical candor, authentic back-and-forths, and honest reactions, with Trevor bringing to bear his classic, effortlessly playful and equally probing style. Produced by Spotify Studios in partnership with Day Zero Productions, Fulwell 73, and Audacy's Pineapple Street Studios.

What I Liked About This EpisodeGreat production, and I love the CONCEPT of this show. Joe Rogan is popular because he facilitates dialogues. This sounds like this is the idea of this show.
What I Thought Could Use Some PolishingYou seem to repeat the concept of "dialogues, opinions, and conversations..." we get it, now get to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

"SmartLess," with Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, & Will Arnett is a podcast that connects and unites people from all walks of life to learn about shared experiences through thoughtful dialogue and organic hilarity. A nice surprise: in each episode of SmartLess, one of the hosts reveals his mystery guest to the other two. What ensues is a genuinely improvised and authentic conversation filled with laughter and newfound knowledge to feed the SmartLess mind.

What I Liked About This EpisodeThe Dad jokes at the beginning of the show made me giggle.
What I Thought Could Use Some PolishingWhile celebrities can get away with chit-chat longer than normal Joe Schmoe, I was bored and didn't get most of the inside jokes. I would move the chit-chat to the show's end for the super fans.
This is probably one of those shows that, if you listen to a few, you start to get the inside jokes, but for me, I would be settings overcast or castsmatic to start about five minutes in (something I also do for Conan Obrien Needs a Friend).

What I Liked About This EpisodeThe graphics and branding are spot on. You are leaning hard into the "Spooky" theme of the show. The audio sounds great. You did a good job of pulling us in and made me wonder why someone would quit after two episodes.
What I Thought Could Use Some PolishingFor me, introduce the show, and then the episode. You pulled me in and I REALLY wanted to hear what messed up this show, and you kept feeding me more information that I felt we didn't need. Do we need the backstory of the hosts to understand why they quit their show?
Also, on your ad for your company you might switch up the music as I thought it was just "Part of the show" Also, the whole raising and lowering of the music got on my nerves after a while.
In the end, it just moved to slow for me.

What I Liked About This EpisodeThe audio is good and you are doing a great job of talking to one person.
What I Thought Could Use Some PolishingI'm never a fan of pre-roll ads, especially when they are over a minute.
You then followed with another ask (join the newsletter), which at least had some value.
You did the dreaded double introduction.

As a freethinker, are you looking through binoculars out at the world in the safety of a foxhole? Get fuel for your soul and intellectual ammunition by listening to The Secular Foxhole podcast, in order to fight for the separation of religion and state.
Blair chose this name (The Secular Foxhole) to dispute the myth that there are no atheists in foxholes, but also as a place to share ideas and defend Free Speech. The co-hosts both advocate the separation of Church and State, but also Economics and State. In short, Liberalism, Individualism, and Capitalism.

What I Liked About This EpisodeYou've started. You've pressed record and many people don't get this far.
What I Thought Could Use Some PolishingThe music at the beginning for nothing seems weird. Put a voiceover on that and announce what the show is about and what is coming up in the episode.
The first host's microphone is a little muddy. I would look into an ATR 2100X or a Samson Q2U.
Then you took EIGHT MINUTES to get to something that resembled the title of the episode. You spent most of that 8 minutes begging for donations. Followed by the other host ASKING FOR DONATIONS. Do this at the end of the show AFTER you've delivered VALUE. You don't benefit until your audience benefits (and only 3% if you're good will donate).

What I Liked About This EpisodeThe audio production was great. I see so many people who make a story based on the soundscaping. This is a great example of a great story (without the soundscape) and the production is the icing on top that makes it better and enhances the experience.
What I Thought Could Use Some PolishingI had to jump through a bunch of hoops to download the file, and couldn't find the episode on the website. Also, you are quoting Listennotes stats and those are bogus.

What I Liked About This EpisodeYou made me think, and your content showcased your knowledge in a way that made me feel you really know your stuff. Your website is listed in the app, and the episodes are on your website to boost SEO. Also, I love that your site has follow buttons on the front page.
What I Thought Could Use Some PolishingThe music is too loud in your opening (just a touch). Your microphone needs a tweak. I would add just a pinch of treble (which would help your voice cut through over the music) and maybe just a bit of bass.
I get that you added a note to the show after you recorded, BUT the audio was about a five on a scale from 1 to 10, with the air conditioner (or whatever it was ) being very loud. Unfortunately, this is the first audio I heard, and I was worried that this was the audio quality for the show. It wasn't, but I would've tuned out if I had not been reviewing the show.
