The music is illegal to play (FYI) and the voice was a little low and couldn't be heard easily.
Your first question is "Tell us a little bit about yourself." Which opens the door for the guest to relay a bunch of information about themselves that has nothing to do with your target audience.
A better strategy is you know the guest (you do know the guest right? I mean why would you invite them on to your show? ) is give them credibility with a great introduction. Then ask them a "Meat and potatoes" question that will get the attention of your audience, and let them use their story to illustrate the point. The alternative is to have your audience sit through a long story about someone they don't care about because they haven't delivered any value yet.
You do a great job of asking a question and staying out of the way. There were some opportunities (I feel ) for follow up questions that would get you into actionable items (something your description says you deliver).
Lastly, while you have an iTunes button under each episode, there was no option for android (there is on the front page). You might look into using your RSS feed at subscribeonandroid.com

iTunes Description:
Save it For the Show is a weekly comedy podcast that's weird, funny and honest. Like a "filthy Ira Glass." Listeners say the show says the kinds of things we all think, but would never say out loud. Which is usually something lewd but endearing. Featured in The AV Club and Splitsider. Give us a shot, you'll dig it

You might want to put a disclaimer at the beginning of your show. If parents are listening in the car with children, they might want a little heads up before the blowjob from a ghost jokes come flying out.
Starting with a Dick joke is a bold choice, but if that's the way you roll you might as well get the prudes out of the room.
The audio was good. The chit chat was just that (someone talking about their hair is pointless on an audio show). You then get the concert story which is good. It's a nice setup for the punchline that $40 is too much a t-shirt but you will spend that kind of money on popcorn and beer.
I would keep listening to this show. I would make sure that before hitting record you had made bullet points of where you were going with each story, and you knew how to get into the story, and how to end it.

Good, quick intro
The artwork does not display in Apple Podcasts as your dimensions don't meet Apple Specs. This is probably another classic example of a radio company thinking they "know it all" when they start a podcast.

Podcast Review:
The intro was pretty long waiting for the voice over to come in. The "Ghoulish" voice sounded somewhat cheesy. The voice intro explained what was going to happen on the show, then the hosts came on and explained what was going to happen on the show.
I would've tuned out based on the intro voice, but hung around. The first idea (as you get to vote on ideas) was to make a podcast made out of the most annoying sounds. With this statement, you lose all credibility in my eyes. Creative? Yes, but so is Yoko Ono.
I will be watching this show as the idea is to have the audience (which if you don't have one, this will fall flat) will pick the parts that make up a new podcast for the network. I once had a vote inspired show, and people hacked every voting script I tried. This means you may end up with something really stupid for your network. A Show might win, not because the ideas are good, but because hackers get bored easily.

The audio quality is so-so, and I wonder how you are recording. The female hosts sounds like she is a bit far away from her microphone. It sounds like you had a fair amount of hiss and tried to remove it via audacity.
The thing that blew me away.was you got to me Kiss, and you make me wait almost 7 minutes. Talk about burying the lead, you've got to be kidding me. What did you make me listen to instead? A visual bit from the news. Why you chose to do this is beyond me.

Opinion
The intro was fine, the guest had a wide range of credentials. Did we need all of them? The beginning audio sounded like you had applied some noise reduction that had gone a little too far and cut out some of the high end. Not horrible, but a bit muffled.
The musical interlude was not something I would want to pin my brand on.This music is probably associated with people on the show (the host, or child, or someone who knows someone). Check out Audio Jungle and then put the intro over the music (otherwise you're just wasting people's time)
The interview sounded good, but in reality, the music would've made me hit stop.

iTunes Description: Luke, Alex, and Brandon review movies, products and provide light discussion and an enjoyable atmosphere.
Website:http://www.OneTwoReview.com
Episode: https://onetworeview.fireside.fm/episode13
Opinion:
This show starts off in the right direction explaining what the show is and where it's going, but wait - IT'S HOT ON THE WEST COAST!!!!
Luke explains that he needs to take his shirt off, it's really hot. He starts dropping f-bombs (cause you know it's hot). They then figure out if its time to start the intro.
When you get all the hosts involved it sounds like you might be aggressively removing noise (kind of has that underwater sound to it). Instead of talking about the movie, we're going to stay on the topic that everyone tuned in to hear - a weather report.
Then you talk about how you were missing for three weeks. None of this brings value to your audience.
I would've started off the show talking about the movie who was in it, have everyone introduce themselves (I'm Luke, I'm Brandon, I'm Alex) and Get to the movie.
If you want to do a "What's happening with the hosts segment - do it at the end of the show where true fans are - not at the beginning where you have less than 30 seconds to grab people and suck them in.
BONUS:
As you have numbers in your name I would recommend purchasing 12review.com as well and point it at your original website so you don't have to constantly spell out your show's website.

Opinion:
You start off saying you're going to make me think, then the co-host announces that he has nothing to say, and diverts into a story about going to the bathroom with a song stuck in his head. This is the best first impression you can come up with?
The title mentions you will be talking about the MAYAN Civilization, and you can't find anything to say? This screams you are not prepared, and probably shouldn't be recording. You should have a clear path of knowledge set before you that you are ready to capture on audio. If nothing else, bullet points of what you're going to cover. This was a horrible introduction of a podcast which was a shame as the audio quality and the pacing of the show's introduction was nice.
A better way would be to state how you're going to talk about the Mayans, and this includes: Who they are, what they are known for, and the most interesting time of the Maya, and then introduce your co-host and get into it.

Do you get triggered by your kids behavior? Are you feeling stressed out, overwhelmed and less patient?
Website: http://www.authenticparenting.com
Episode: http://authenticparenting.com/childhood-trauma-reclaiming-authentic-self
Opinion:
The show starts off with a somewhat "woo-woo" clip of some guy talking about a granite door in my chest that leads to an ocean. Um, OK. Then the show kicks in, and does a nice job of describing the show, the host enters and provides a nice table of contents for the episode.
There is a bit of self-promotion but its so fast, it's not a problem. you asked you geust about his kids which gives him validity for your show. But the next question didn't lead to much besides, "Nobody knows there is sooo much trauma," and it could be his delivery, but it didn't reach out and grab me. I get the feeling that if I listened to the rest of this interview that the guest is not a fan of short answers. I'm not sure, but he wasn't delivering anything to sink my teeth into. I thought it was weird that he referred to people age 25 as kids.
There was one point where the host mentions something "obviously" and to new people, it wasn't obvious (at least not me).
All in all the show had a decent first impression. The audio quality was fine, and the website made it super easy to press play

Opinion:
Where do I begin? If you are doing this show for fun, then keep doing it. But the using the phone to podcast does not cut it anymore in podcasting. You might get away with it in 2005, but not in 2017. Your website is a mess. It looks like it was designed by someone who knows nothing about design. I couldn't even figure out where to see all the episodes (I only saw one on the site).
BONUS:
Your artwork does not meet Apple specifications which are
1400x1400px (minimum)
This may cause issues with updating in iTunes, and it's going to look awful on your powerpress player as it's expecting a square image.
Your first impression is this being done by people who are trying to figure it out as they go along, and they aren't there yet. I would get your artwork fixed, and get a website where people can listen, subscribe, and contact you, in addition to having an about page that talks about the show.
You have a lot going on (according to your about page) so take some time and get some help and get going in the right direction.
