I liked that he gave a tease of what was coming, had good audio, and got right to the content. It sounded a little bit like he was reading, but it wasn't horrible.

Poor audio quality and too much chit chat for me. Seemed a bit like there were jokes behind the scenes that the audience was not privy too.

This week Brooke got to chat with Laura Sackler Tancredi, an inspiration in the world of natural parenting.  In 2000 Laura founded Global Children: a non -profit organization that, by providing educational opportunities, implementing health initiatives and training in the arts, aims to improve the well-being and quality of life for children and young adults living in orphanages and under-served communities in Cambodia.  Then in 2006, Laura opened Sprout Natural Parenting; a retail storefront and source of invaluable resources and services for those on the journey of natural parenting.  Discover what motivated Laura to open Sprout, what you can expect on a visit there, plans she has for future endeavors, and much more!

Good Points

I liked the intro. It had some good energy.

Easy Fixes

The microphone sounds like you're too far away (my guess is you're using a Blue Yeti - hear how to use one on the Best Podcasting Gear Show). I would've used the "why did you get started" answers in the intro, and get to the meat and potatoes quicker.

The Computer Tutor podcast is a weekly show that offers all kinds of cool things that help you use your computer more easily and effectively. You'll say, "Wow, that's cool - I never knew I could do that!" Show notes for each episode are at http://ComputerTutorFlorida.com

This is a first. I listen to this show every week. It's short and is a great mix if a small plug for his business and then a quick computer tip. Almost all of the tips on the show I find useful, and if they are not, the show is super short so I didn't really lose anything.

I didn't know what I was getting into, and didn't like what I heard. I did like the intro with some snark, but from there it was a "conversation" podcast with zero planning.

FROM THEIR WEBSITE:

For me, I hate the question, "Tell us a little bit about yourself..." it's to open, and it can leave the door open to the guest rambling about things that your audience doesn't care about. Be sure to tie in WHY you brought them on the show, and start off with a relevant question that pertains to your audience.

This is a podcast that apparently issues materials for a Christian School at http://www.pineknoll.org/sabbath-school-lessons

I thought the audio was fine, the website was outdated looking but functinoal. I thought they spent too much time on the back story of the scripture instead of getting to the part that shapes your life. Most of the time, the audience does not need to know how the "Sausage was made."

An intro that is a victim of bad audio, and content I can't judge cause its so over my head. Their website is https://updocmedia.com/series/untold-physio-stories/ sadly they are using Feedburner for their feed. (see http://davidjackson.org/2017/05/quit-podcasting-like-2012/ )
