In today's episode, I got to chat with my friend Ashley about her family life, career, and how she manages to make it all work.  Ashley is a wife, mom of 5 kids, an Author and Speaker, Realtor, and Podcast Host of “Business & Babies”.   She is the Co-Owner of Flourish Real Estate Group out of Edmond, Oklahoma. In 9 years, she has sold almost $100 Million in Oklahoma Real Estate and is a Business owner alongside her husband in many other business endeavors. She has written four books including a 30-day devotional and the popular “Raising A Business and Babies”. She loves to educate, encourage and empower and loves working with ambitious Christian women!

Today I got to have a conversation with my mentor, Vlad Kats.  Vlad is a former team leader and owner in multiple Keller Williams offices in Maryland, Baltimore as well as the former CEO for the expansion network Five Doors. 

As a leader in the industry Vlad has gotten the opportunity to mentor and coach many women in real estate.  He recognizes patterns in their behavior, and over the years has seen how they look at the business differently from the men.  His perspective is unique and fascinating to listen to.  One of his favorite questions to ask agents is "Are you a mom first or a Realtor first" and he then lends his expertise to guide them in being successful based on their answer.
