For today's episode we wanted to talk about the newest addition to the Star Wars universe which is the anime short films called Visions. Visions, as you probably already know, are created by different Japanese animation studios and consist of only Star Wars Legends. We chat about the very first episode that depicts a Sith hunter named Ronin and his astromech. We talk about the design, characters, connection to Star Wars, the overall series and our theories within the episode. We both loved this first anime short film and are in awe of the creators to find such an interesting new way to see Star Wars.

Today is theory based on the character design of C3PO and his interpersonal skills being subpar. We look at his character design and that of R2D2 and their relationship throughout Star Wars and come to a conclusion about what kind of friend C3P0 is to R2D2. Our motto is to encourage others to change our minds and opinions about characters.. we actually do this in this episode. Check it out. 

Today we talk about the infamous General Grievous and his overall character design. He is by far one of the best villains in Star Wars who is not a Sith. Through the films we do not get to know General Grievous all that much but we do get to understand and see his character more in the Clone Wars. Today we are going to breifly talk about his character design and the elements we find most interesting about his look and feel.

By the time this comes out, it's kind of old news... BUT a true video game classic the Star Wars: Knights of the old Republic is getting a remake, and I AM SUPER EXCITED. This is more of an appreciation episode and education for Bec in the Star Wars gaming world. We talk about the amazing character Revan who is an ancient Sith Lord. 

With a background in animation and motion design how on earth could we not discuss the movement deisgn of space ships over the years. By we, I mean PB. He brings up an interesting realization and the inspiration for how different ships speed on screen has changed over the different trilogies. 

While we continue to read through the Clone Wars by Karen Travis we are starting to get more character design and understanding about certain characters. Today we go into a passage of Count Dooku's background that relates to the scene from Revenge of the Sith that Anakin experiences. Count Dooku has a 'What have I done?" moment and it makes me like his character more than before.

We get to talk a bit about the Disney series, The Mandalorian. Today we go over a theory that is about the emphasis on eggs within the first two seasons. Why are there so many eggs? Mudhorn eggs, frog lady eggs, spider eggs and Grogu's egg shaped pram. Join us in trying to understand why these were used and if they were used intentionally to make us subconciously understand more about baby yoda and his importance for the Jedi.

We love looking at the original concept art within the Star Wars universe and this applies to today's episode. We chat about how Star Wars uses the original concept art to create body suits and plastoid coverings that transition from the Republic to the Empire. An appreciation discussion of the Bad Batch and its depiction of the transition of Republic to the Empire.

We are talking theory again today. After rewatching the original trilogy, we came across some fun side bits in relation to the original love triangle between Han Solo, Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa. We chat about the nature of the relationship and the lack of reaction upon learning this for themselves.

Our first episode that goes into the Disney series The Mandalorian and we don't even talk about Mando or Grogu. We discuss the villian within the first two sesons and his reaction in the very last episode of season two. That's right we are chatting about how scared Moff Gideon is of Luke Skywalker showing up to rescue baby yoda and why he would be that scarred of someone he has never met.
