Having an anxious attachment style makes me overthink EVERYTHING. I am learning to trust myself and the people around me by allowing them to come to me if I have something wrong. A lot of times I want to protect myself and others by over thinking and beating myself up for “mistakes” I think I made. This is a rewind of the very first episode of this podcast. I discuss the disruptive thought processes I had around sex as a teenager. I also show how I reparented myself and started on my self love journey.
