Law enforcement officials say the gunman who killed seven people and injured dozens more at a July 4 parade in Highland Park, Illinois considered carrying out another attack in Madison, Wisconsin. He will remain in jail without bond after prosecutors say he admitted to investigators he fired into the crowd Monday morning.
