The traditional concept of sovereign states and physical borders has been stretched to its limits in the age of the internet and technological innovation. The slow pace of governmental bureaucracy and regulatory bottlenecks are hindering innovation and progress. Governments are struggling to understand and provide timely answers to global challenges.
