There is so much noise in our heads. So many thoughts of anger, judgment, ego, depression, anxiety, feelings, fears. We are bombarded by stimuli that stirs us up and keeps the obsessive, ruminating thoughts swirling around inside our minds.
It's not good. It keeps us in a continuous state of fear and confusion. So much so, we can't hear ourselves think thoughts that have meaning and personal power. We need to shut off the noise. Get quiet. Get still. Get calm.
When you empty your mind and give it that space of stillness and nothingness, thoughts will come into your mind and you may be surprised at what those thoughts are all about. You may discover they are deeply introspective and wise.
