Just wow! All I can say is WOW about this episode!
In episode 47 we talk with Shane Balkowitsch a world renown wet plate photographer. His book Northern Plains Native Americans - A Modern Wet Plate Perspective is absolutely amazing!
I honestly cannot verbally do justice to this episode! The kind of passion and lessons learned! How it can correlate with personal development and staying positive is uncanny! You just HAVE to listen!!

In episode 46 we talk with Kat Daniels in our FIRST ever cross podcast episode!!
Kat is with The Teachable Soul Podcast and believes that failures should be thought of as teachable moments instead of the negative feelings that come with failure!
She discusses RTT therapy: RTT stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy™. It is developed by world-renowned therapist, Marisa Peer. RTT is a hybrid therapy, that embraces many positive aspects of hypnosis, hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It does not stem from just one methodology.
Her and her husband whom is in the military have a Neurodiverse relationship. Which deals with adult autism. Her positivity and "stubborn" behavior 😉😊 helped her stick by her husband and figure out how to continue growing together. A very inspirational story!
Kat is on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter and can be found at "The Teachable Soul"

All too often we just rudely argue with each other, regardless if we are right or not. It's not that you can't argue, it's more about HOW you do it!
We discuss positive healthy ways to accomplish this! Check it out! Share it!

In this very serious episode # 43 we discuss suicide prevention awareness. It is a subject not unlike cancer people have dealt with personally or know someone in their circle.
We have talked about it on other episodes in different contexts as well.
We felt it deserved it's own episode with information we found online at

In this fancy #40 episode we talk with Ryan Keel owner-operator of College Smart. Generally he specializes in helping you as a parent and as a student to properly plan for college. Not just monetarily either, which we get into and it's quite interesting!
We did have a little technical difficulty, but hey we are raw and organic!

Not to mention our kids are full of stress and I don't think we realize how much it is. I discuss a survey of 1,018 teenagers ages 13 - 17 by Harris Interactive on behalf of the American Psychology Association in August 3rd - 31st, 2013. These numbers have increased since then of course. So let's keep that in mind and learn how to have positive conversations with our kiddos!
I might say this a lot, but this turned out to be a great episode!
We hope you enjoy!
