This is a guided meditation session where we explore the concept of thought observation or mindfulness. This meditation will allow you to stop yourself being lost in thoughts and eventually reset the state of your mind and come back to the here and now. I do hope you enjoy this guided meditation session and I will post more very soon! The meditation starts around the 5:00 minutes mark although I highly recommend you to listen to the very brief theory session leading up to the guided meditation. Namaste.

Today is a bit of a follow-up episode for last week and I am talking about accountability and being truthful with yourself. How gaming or any addictive activity can distort your reality and how owning you are will help you to become your best possible self.
