Noah Baumbach is known to make some pretty off the wall stuff.  White Noise has to take the cake, as that is concerned.  Adapted from a novel about a family attempting to deal with everyday things whilst also dealing with the emotions and uncertainty.  Interesting, Yes?   Adam Driver is great, as always and the supporting cast also is terrific.  Some ingredients in this cauldron just don't blend well with others, unfortunately.

WHITE NOISE, Dir. Noah Baumbach  ( Grayson 4 / Roger 3 / Chris 3 )

It's been a while since we've seen treated to anything the Shrek universe.  With the last Shrek movie being less than okay even and the previous Puss in Boots (2011) also being just okay, the Shrek hopeful may have started to lose hope.  Fear not!  This outing for the courageous feline is great!  Dreamworks has another almost 10/10 on their hands with also renewed hope of returning to Far Far Away.

The Sequel to 2009's Avatar is finally here!  It's a powerhouse with the visuals but is it the storytelling dynamo that it should be?  James Cameron delivered a great sequel to his 2009 movie.

Few names in the industry hold as much reverence as James Cameron.  He's made some of the best movies we still reference today, some decades later.  He is a pioneer in the film industry and a leader in new tech.  You absolutely have to pay attention when he releases a film.  2009's Avatar was no exception.

Pinocchio, as told by Disney, has always had an impact and probably how most people know the story.  Guillermo del Toro's telling is much darker and, probably, more accurate to the source material.  It's AMAZING and a what you'd expect from the wonderful director.  Disney, take note, please.  PLEASE.

One of the latest originals from Netflix is a film about dreams, grief, and adventure with a cast led by Jason Mamoa.  It's alright, given the content.  Kyle Chandler is, without a doubt, the best thing in it and he's only there for a combined 6 minutes or less, unfortunately.
