The Ducks flew into town to face the Canucks in what was a 'must-win' game for Vancouver in a lot of ways. Thatcher Demko stood tall to keep the Canucks in the game as they were grossly outshot for the first half, but the Boys in Black finally found themselves and picked up the pace in the 3rd period. Captain Quinn's point streak came to an end, but Brock scored twice to pull into sole possession of the NHL scoring lead and to seal the deal on a 3-1 Canucks victory.
