Over the course of one year, the real estate market in India's seven largest cities transacted over 1,700 acres of land. From 2017 to 2021, foreign investors poured $10.3 billion into the commercial real estate market. With the expiration of the old SEZs laws in February 2022, developers anticipate a surge in interest in SEZ office space.
