The Minnesota Wild finished their 7 game road trip with a 5-1-1 record as they beat the Pittsburgh Penguins 5-3 in Marc-Andre Fleury's final start in Pittsburgh. The Wild fell behind early after 2 goals in the first period from the Penguins, but battled back to tie the score on goals from Jakub Lauko and Freddy Gaudreau to make it 2-2 after 1 period. The Wild scored twice in the second to extend their lead on goals from Freddy Gaudreau and Mats Zuccarello to make it 4-2. Rickard Rakell scored to make it 4-3, but Kirill Kaprizov sealed the win with an empty net goal to make it 5-3. Marc-Andre Fleury stopped 26 of 29 shots for the win. The Wild were 0/5 on the Power Play and 1/2 on the Penalty Kill. The next game for the Wild is against Tampa Bay on Friday at Xcel Energy Center.
