Whether it's anger, rage, irritability, resentment, bitterness or intrusive thoughts, these all come from the same place inside of us: a part that isn't being seen or heard, whether by you and/or others. This can be conscious, or unconscious. Regardless, your body will send you rage to speak to you. In today's epsiode we'll explore what it might be saying.
