Terry Scali is the CEO and Managing Member of TMS Ventures and has served on the Board and as Executive Vice President of NFP (a top 10 international insurance broker.)

I've gotten to know Terry over the years and have always been impressed with his entrepreneurial spirit and his business acumen as well as his easy going demeanor and desire to help others achieve their goals.

We got a chance to chat about his journey in the insurance world, what he is doing now, what advice he would give to entreprenuers starting out and we commiserate briefly about the poor showing of the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl -- hope you enjoy!

Bay Forrest won an NAIA National Championship at GCU in 1975 after forgoing offers to play at much bigger schools, played two years for the Phoenix Suns and now leads Focus Ministries with his wife, Peg.

As a GCU Alum and current broadcaster, it was great to talk to this GCU Basketball legend.

We chat about faith, family, GCU and basketball -- hope you enjoy!

I met John Crouch when I decide to train BJJ and walked into the MMA Lab in Glendale, AZ and have been training with him, and his team, ever since that day. Coach Crouch is a great guy with a wonderful heart for his gym members and his fighters and I feel so fortunate I get to learn from him and get to know him better.
