She is the creator of the Moon Collective Sanctuary, where she offers in-person retreats and virtual gatherings to promote integrative care and several healing modalities, like soul discussions, breathwork, Reiki, hypnotherapy, sound healing, and body movement. Dr. Lydia soon learned the importance of being financially and emotionally independent; she used the hardships she went through in her childhood as a catalyst to improve and heal and to cement her path as a caretaker, facilitator, and healer.
