How many times do we make resolutions but not complete them?  In this episode, Brigitte challenges listeners to start habit forming experiences and reset when needed.  The reset can occur at any point in time.  We have been given markers of time such as seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years, decades and centuries.  It is up to us to reset in any given time marker.

Reset! You are destined to do what you do so allow yourself forgiveness to restart when you need to.  Go for your dreams.  Set those goals.  The only person you are competing with is yourself.  Its your life.  Be a game changer and form habits that help you prosper.  This is a short New Year inspiration to let you know that you can accomplish our vision! I believe in you!
