I want to provide some background first and foremost about myself, the PowerUp Podcast host, so you can know If we connect, share the same goals, visions and beliefs, because I know that every podcast Is not for every person, and that is totally OK!  But for those who CONNECT with the mission and goals of this podcast, I know that it is going to REVOLUTIONIZE your outlook and SUCCESS.

I am an RN (hello COVID craziness with healthcare!), MBA student, environmental conservationist, an ASMRtist (relaxation and unwinding is PARAMOUNT), and a health and fitness coach.  I believe that mental wellness, rest, purpose, nutrition and fitness are the basis for forming a life that is not only functional, but is FULFILLING.  And I will be incorporating my own training and expertise, along with the incredible resources I have found in the EPIC guests who will be on the show, to help you develop your own personal roadmap for fulfillment and creation of a life you're psyched to be leading.
