When we're angry and frustrated at somebody the best things that we can deploy are compassion, empathy and forgiveness.
Because when you forgive somebody it's not about letting them go for what they did.
It's about letting go of the insecurity that you felt when everything happened or it's about letting go of their control over your state of just being overall.
There are so many times when I think of somebody and they will completely change my state of being because I get anxious and frustrated or flustered because I had this expectation.
When instead of just letting that go and knowing that letting go of all of the hurt would releases that sense of control they have over me.
It's important to stand guard at the doorway of our minds because to surrender control gives you complete control over the everything.
We cannot stop the thoughts that come in... But we get the freedom to prepare on the countermeasures and counter thoughts for when they do pop up.
