Answer me this: Why are you afraid of failure? 

I believe we should use failure as the building blocks to our success! We should then in-turn not fear failing, we should go and fail forward and embrace them as we can learn so much from them. We can see failure as the pre run or the sneak peak to the actual test or exam! Have you ever thought of it like that?

I let my grades in school define me and my capabilities for many years and they actually led me to feel pretty worthless as a person, who actually has soo much value to offer others. When you're just doing life and doing what you love, your grades aren't even worth the paper they're written on. 

Look at what people are doing today, some are making millions on youtube! Tell me what part of modern schooling they needed to make them qualified to do that? Absolutely nada! So don't talk yourself down, you're awesome as you are!

In this week's episode of the PLC podcast i talk about the many benefits of give others something as small as a cup of coffee up to our most valuable asset, our time! 

Just by giving something small, maybe insignificant to us but it mite mean the world to them and change their day completely. We will add value to others without even knowing it half of time. On the flip side please be mindful not to film yourself giving to possible homeless people as i believe this is very demoralising and makes people feel totally worthless and can have the opposite effect of what you're trying to achieve, just be kind and give rather than posting it all over social media looking for validation and the "likes" that will boost your ego. 

The value of giving is so important and thats why we should do more of it!

In this episode i talk about the Comfort Zone and why we need to get out of it asap in order to live the life we can only dream of right now. The longer we remain here, the slimmer the chances are that we actually end up doing anything meaningful with our life as we will continue to live with the safety blanket and protection in this zone.

The more we challenge ourselves and get out of the Comfort Zone the quicker we are able to grow and learn the skills and abilities to advance to the next level of the game essentially.

In this episode i talk about why we should leave our job if we're not fulfilled and happy with our current line of work. I talk from my own experience and how i'm currently taking this step in my own life and what i have put in place to make the transition as smooth as possible. 

I believe we can off so much more value to others in our lives if we're doing something that genuinely give us fulfilment and enables us to help others, than slogging it away in a 9-5 that we can't bare to be in any longer. Don't follow the crowd, challenge the status quo and do what you wan't with your life! We only have the one that we know of.
