So in this episode I talk about why I love to be organised and some of the benefits that come along with it too! I honestly just want people to understand that their time is limited and that we should surely make the most of each day that we are blessed to live.

If you're happy working your 9-5 and that is what gives you fulfilment then happy days! You're winning at life, but for the rest of us, now is the time to ACT and reach new heights each day you live and smash them goals!

What is fear? and how I deal with my own fearful situations. I believe we should use situations of fear to advance ourselves. The more we can adapt positive anchors in negative situations the more likely we're to overcome them and grow to the next level in order to achieve our goals.

This is Practical Life Coaching's first ever podcast! I never thought i'd be doing this, and after about 70 takes.. (Yes 70!) I finally got a short podcasts together to get me into the game! 

I appreciate its a short one this week and is probably a bit robotic etc, but it was mainly intended for me to get a grasp of what podcasting is like and to get a feel for operating the softwares and the procedures involved.
