Todd has been running the interscholastic sports programs and coaching basketball at City and Country School for about 25 years (been at the school for 28 years). C&C is the first progressive independent school in Manhattan, and goes up to 8th grade.

Todd takes a games based approach to practice with an emphasis on Small Sided Games and Skill Development to improve game performance. He also directs a 3 v 3 youth basketbal league that has many similarities to the 3 v 3 league directed by Coach Cramer. Enjoy the episode!
