They are joined by the amazing Nikki, aka The Fit Midwife. As well as being a UK licensed midwife, Nikki is also a qualified pre/postnatal personal trainer. Nikki chats us through the benefits of keeping fit during pregnancy, the advantages both pre and postpartum, busts myths and outlines how she ensures the safety of her clients throughout her sessions.
