  • The Greatness Of the Lord Jesus
In this Gospel preaching you will of the greatness of the Lord Jesus. God has provided a wonderful saviour who is able to deliver us from the power of sin and give us eternal life.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Luke 1:30-33 “30 And the angel said to her, Fear not, Mary, for thou hast found favour with God;31 and behold, thou shalt conceive in the womb and bear a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus.
32 *He* shall be great, and shall be called Son of [the] Highest; and [the] Lord God shall give him the throne of David his father; 33 and he shall reign over the house of Jacob for the ages, and of his kingdom there shall not be an end.”
Luke 2:8-12 “8 And there were shepherds in that country abiding without, and keeping watch by night over their flock.9 And lo, an angel of [the] Lord was there by them, and [the] glory of [the] Lord shone around them, and they feared [with] great fear.10 And the angel said to them, Fear not, for behold, I announce to you glad tidings of great joy, which shall be to all the people;11 for to-day a Saviour has been born to you in David’s city, who is Christ [the] Lord.
12 And this is the sign to you: ye shall find a babe wrapped in swaddling-clothes, and lying in a manger.”
Luke 2:25-32 “25 And behold, there was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon; and this man was just and pious, awaiting the consolation of Israel, and [the] Holy Spirit was upon him.26 And it was divinely communicated to him by the Holy Spirit, that he should not see death before he should see [the] Lord’s Christ.27 And he came in the Spirit into the temple; and as the parents brought in the child Jesus that they might do for him according to the custom of the law,
28 *he* received him into his arms, and blessed God, and said,29 Lord, now thou lettest thy bondman go, according to thy word, in peace;30 for mine eyes have seen thy salvation,31 which thou hast prepared before the face of all peoples;32 a light for revelation of [the] Gentiles and [the] glory of thy people Israel.”
John 21:15-17 “15 When therefore they had dined, Jesus says to Simon Peter, Simon, [son] of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He says to him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I am attached to thee. He says to him, Feed my lambs.
16 He says to him again a second time, Simon, [son] of Jonas, lovest thou me? He says to him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I am attached to thee. He says to him, Shepherd my sheep.17 He says to him the third time, Simon, [son] of Jonas, art thou attached to me? Peter was grieved because he said to him the third time, Art thou attached to me? and said to him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I am attached to thee. Jesus says to him, Feed my sheep.”

  • Christian Warfare
As a Christian you have been enrolled in a battle for the Lord. Believers in the Lord Jesus will experience warfare between light and darkness, good and evil. God is calling His people to be battle ready and willing to stand for the things of God. Are you ready to stand for the Lord Jesus?
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Joshua 5:13-15 “13 And it came to pass when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, there stood a man before him with his sword drawn in his hand. And Joshua went to him, and said to him: Art thou for us, or for our enemies?14 And he said, No; for [as] captain of the army of Jehovah am I now come. Then Joshua fell upon his face to the earth, and worshipped, and said to him, What saith my lord unto his servant?
15 And the captain of Jehovah’s army said to Joshua, Loose thy sandal from off thy foot: for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so.”
1 Timothy 1:18-20 “This charge, [my] child Timotheus, I commit to thee, according to the prophecies as to thee preceding, in order that thou mightest war by them the good warfare,
    19 maintaining faith and a good conscience; which [last] some, having put away, have made shipwreck as to faith;
20 of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom I have delivered to Satan, that they may be taught by discipline not to blaspheme.”
Jude 3 “3 Beloved, using all diligence to write to you of our common salvation, I have been obliged to write to you exhorting [you] to contend earnestly for the faith once delivered to the saints.”
2 Timothy 2:3-4 “3 Take thy share in suffering as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.4 No one going as a soldier entangles himself with the affairs of life, that he may please him who has enlisted him as a soldier.”
    Philippians 1:27-28 “27 Only conduct yourselves worthily of the glad tidings of the Christ, in order that whether coming and seeing you, or absent, I may hear of what concerns you, that ye stand firm in one spirit, with one soul, labouring together in the same conflict with the faith of the glad tidings;
28 and not frightened in anything by the opposers, which is to them a demonstration of destruction, but of your salvation, and that from God;”

  • Does Christ have the first place in your life?
God has blessed each believer with every spiritual blessing in the heavenlies but to be in joy of this we must give Christ the first place. Does Christ have the first place in your life?
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
John 20:11-18 “11 But Mary stood at the tomb weeping without. As therefore she wept, she stooped down into the tomb,12 and beholds two angels sitting in white [garments], one at the head and one at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.
13 And they say to her, Woman, why dost thou weep? She says to them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him.14 Having said these things she turned backward and beholds Jesus standing [there], and knew not that it was Jesus.15 Jesus says to her, Woman, why dost thou weep? Whom seekest thou? She, supposing that it was the gardener, says to him, Sir, if thou hast borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.16 Jesus says to her, Mary. She, turning round, says to him in Hebrew, Rabboni, which means Teacher.17 Jesus says to her, Touch me not, for I have not yet ascended to my Father; but go to my brethren and say to them, I ascend to my Father and your Father, and [to] my God and your God. 18 Mary of Magdala comes bringing word to the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and [that] he had said these things to her.”
2 Samuel 19:24-30 “24 And Mephibosheth the son of Saul came down to meet the king. Now he had neither washed his feet, nor trimmed his beard, nor washed his clothes, from the day the king departed until the day he came [again] in peace.25 And as soon as Jerusalem came to meet the king, the king said to him, Why didst thou not go with me, Mephibosheth?
26 And he said, My lord, O king, my servant deceived me; for thy servant said, I will saddle me the ass, and ride thereon, and go with the king; for thy servant is lame.27 And he has slandered thy servant to my lord the king; but my lord the king is as an angel of God; do therefore what is good in thy sight.28 For all my father’s house were but dead men before my lord the king; and thou didst set thy servant among them that eat at thine own table. What further right therefore have I? and for what should I cry any more to the king?
29 And the king said to him, Why speakest thou any more of thy matters? I have said, Thou and Ziba divide the land.30 And Mephibosheth said to the king, Let him even take all, since my lord the king is come again in peace to his own house.”
2 Samuel 6:6-12 “6 And when they came to Nachon’s threshing-floor, Uzzah reached after the ark of God, and took hold of it; for the oxen had stumbled.7 And the anger of Jehovah was kindled against Uzzah; and God smote him there for his error; and there he died by the ark of God.8 And David was indignant, because Jehovah had made a breach upon Uzzah; and he called that place Perez-Uzzah to this day.
9 And David was afraid of Jehovah that day, and said, How shall the ark of Jehovah come to me?10 So David would not bring the ark of Jehovah home unto himself into the city of David; but David carried it aside into the house of Obed-Edom the Gittite.11 And the ark of Jehovah remained in the house of Obed-Edom the Gittite three months; and Jehovah blessed Obed-Edom and all his household.12 And it was told king David, saying, Jehovah has blessed the house of Obed-Edom, and all that is his, because of the ark of God. And David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-Edom into the city of David with joy.”
Revelation 3:14-20 “14 And to the angel of the assembly in Laodicea write: These things says the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot; I would thou wert cold or hot.16 Thus because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I am about to spue thee out of my mouth.
17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and am grown rich, and have need of nothing, and knowest not that *thou* art the w

  • The Wonderful Love of God
God’s love is wonderful and He has demonstrated His love for us by given His son, Jesus Christ as a Savour for sinners. While we were going astray Christ died for us the scriptures tell us. In this Gospel, you will hear of a few accounts from the Gospel of lives that were changed because of the Lord Jesus.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Acts 5:1-10 “5 But a certain man, Ananias by name, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession,2 and put aside for himself part of the price, [his] wife also being privy to it; and having brought a certain part, laid it at the feet of the apostles.3 But Peter said, Ananias, why has Satan filled thy heart that thou shouldest lie to the Holy Spirit, and put aside for thyself a part of the price of the estate?
4 While it remained did it not remain to *thee*? and sold, was [it not] in thine own power? Why is it that thou hast purposed this thing in thine heart? Thou hast not lied to men, but to God.5 And Ananias, hearing these words, fell down and expired. And great fear came upon all who heard [it].6 And the young men, rising up, swathed him up for burial, and having carried him out, buried him.
7 And it came to pass about three hours afterwards, that his wife, not knowing what had happened, came in.8 And Peter answered her, Tell me if ye gave the estate for so much? And she said, Yes, for so much.9 And Peter said to her, Why [is it] that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of [the] Lord? Lo, the feet of those that have buried thy husband [are] at the door, and they shall carry thee out.10 And she fell down immediately at his feet and expired. And when the young men came in they found her dead; and, having carried her out, they buried her by her husband.”
2 Samuel 6:1-7 “6 And David again gathered all the chosen men of Israel, thirty thousand.2 And David arose and went with all the people that were with him from Baale-Judah, to bring up from thence the ark of God which is called by the name, the name of Jehovah of hosts who sitteth between the cherubim.3 And they set the ark of God upon a new cart, and brought it out of the house of Abinadab, which was upon the hill; and Uzzah and Ahio, the sons of Abinadab, drove the new cart.
4 And they brought it with the ark of God out of the house of Abinadab which was upon the hill; and Ahio went before the ark.5 And David and all the house of Israel played before Jehovah on all manner of [instruments made of] cypress wood, with harps, and with lutes, and with tambours, and with sistra, and with cymbals.6 And when they came to Nachon’s threshing-floor, Uzzah reached after the ark of God, and took hold of it; for the oxen had stumbled.7 And the anger of Jehovah was kindled against Uzzah; and God smote him there for his error; and there he died by the ark of God.”
    Numbers 16:1-7 “16 And Korah, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, made bold, and [with him] Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, the sons of Reuben;2 and they rose up against Moses, with two hundred and fifty men of the children of Israel, princes of the assembly, summoned to the council, men of renown;
3 and they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said to them, It is enough; for all the assembly, all of them are holy, and Jehovah is among them; and why do ye lift up yourselves above the congregation of Jehovah?4 When Moses heard this, he fell on his face.
5 And he spoke to Korah and to all his band, saying, Even to-morrow will Jehovah make known who is his, and who is holy; and he will cause him to come near to him; and him whom he has chosen, him will he cause to come near to him.6 This do: take you censers, Korah, and all his band,
7 and put fire therein, and lay incense thereon before Jehovah to-morrow; and it shall be that the man whom Jehovah doth choose, he shall be holy. “
Numbers 16:28-33 “28 And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that Jehovah has sent me to do all these deeds, for they are not out of m

  • Good News in a Dark world
The Gospel is good news in a dark world. The scriptures tell us that God commends His love to us in the Lord Jesus Christ. This glorious message shines out to proclaim to mankind the need of a Saviour.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Romans 5:8-10 “8 but God commends *his* love to us, in that, we being still sinners, Christ has died for us.9 Much rather therefore, having been now justified in [the power of] his blood, we shall be saved by him from wrath.
10 For if, being enemies, we have been reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much rather, having been reconciled, we shall be saved in [the power of] his life.“
Acts 16:30-31 “what must I do that I may be saved?31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus and thou shalt be saved, thou and thy house.”
Romans 10:8-9 “The word is near thee, in thy mouth and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach:9 that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth Jesus as Lord, and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised him from among [the] dead, thou shalt be saved.”

  • Have you got your Passport for Heaven?
Would you like to go to heaven? But are you READY? The Bible tells there is one way to heaven and it not by doing loads of good works or living a good life. The way to heaven is by coming to the Lord Jesus and putting faith and trust in Him as your personal Saviour. In our sins we have wondered far away from God but in the Gospel we announce the wonderful way back to God through His son, Jesus Christ.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
John 10:9 “9 I am the door: if any one enter in by me, he shall be saved, and shall go in and shall go out and shall find pasture.”
Acts 4:12 “12 And salvation is in none other, for neither is there another name under heaven which is given among men by which we must be saved.”
Acts 16:29-31 “29 And having asked for lights, he rushed in, and, trembling, fell down before Paul and Silas.30 And leading them out said, Sirs, what must I do that I may be saved?31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus and thou shalt be saved, thou and thy house.”

  • The God of Encouragement
We have a lot to give thanks for as Christians. God has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in Christ. God desires for believers to be encouraged and ready for service. In this address, you will hear of three examples from the Scriptures of how God encourages His own for His praise and glory.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
1 Kings 19:9-18 “9 And there he went into a cave, and lodged there. And behold, the word of Jehovah [came] to him, and he said to him, What doest thou here, Elijah?10 And he said, I have been very jealous for Jehovah the God of hosts; for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I am left, I alone, and they seek my life, to take it away.11 And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before Jehovah. And behold, Jehovah passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and broke in pieces the rocks before Jehovah: Jehovah was not in the wind. And after the wind, an earthquake: Jehovah was not in the earthquake.
12 And after the earthquake, a fire: Jehovah was not in the fire. And after the fire, a soft gentle voice.13 And it came to pass, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entrance of the cave. And behold, a voice [came] to him and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?14 And he said, I have been very jealous for Jehovah the God of hosts; for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I am left, I alone, and they seek my life, to take it away.
15 And Jehovah said to him, Go, return on thy way to the wilderness of Damascus; and when thou comest, anoint Hazael king over Syria;16 and Jehu the son of Nimshi shalt thou anoint king over Israel; and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abel-meholah shalt thou anoint prophet in thy stead.17 And it shall come to pass, [that] him that escapeth the sword of Hazael shall Jehu slay; and him that escapeth the sword of Jehu shall Elisha slay.
18 Yet I have left [myself] seven thousand in Israel, all the knees that have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth that hath not kissed him.”
Luke 24:13-3513 And behold, two of them were going on the same day to a village distant sixty stadia from Jerusalem, called Emmaus;14 and they conversed with one another about all these things which had taken place.15 And it came to pass as they conversed and reasoned, that Jesus himself drawing nigh, went with them;16 but their eyes were holden so as not to know him.17 And he said to them, What discourses are these which pass between you as ye walk, and are downcast?18 And one [of them], named Cleopas, answering said to him, Thou sojournest alone in Jerusalem, and dost not know what has taken place in it in these days?
19 And he said to them, What things? And they said to him, The things concerning Jesus the Nazaraean, who was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people;20 and how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him up to [the] judgment of death and crucified him.
21 But *we* had hoped that *he* was [the one] who is about to redeem Israel. But then, besides all these things, it is now, to-day, the third day since these things took place.22 And withal, certain women from amongst us astonished us, having been very early at the sepulchre,23 and, not having found his body, came, saying that they also had seen a vision of angels, who say that he is living.
24 And some of those with us went to the sepulchre, and found it so, as the women also had said, but him they saw not.25 And *he* said to them, O senseless and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!26 Ought not the Christ to have suffered these things and to enter into his glory?27 And having begun from Moses and from all the prophets, he interpreted to them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
28 And they drew near to the village where they were going, an

  • “This is my beloved Son: hear him”
God is sending out His Gospel and He speaks to us through His son, the Lord Jesus Christ.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
Mark 9:1-9 “9 And he said to them, Verily I say unto you, There are some of those standing here that shall not taste death until they shall have seen the kingdom of God come in power.2 And after six days Jesus takes with [him] Peter and James and John, and takes them up on a high mountain by themselves apart. And he was transfigured before them:
3 and his garments became shining, exceeding white [as snow], such as fuller on earth could not whiten [them].4 And there appeared to them Elias with Moses, and they were talking with Jesus.5 And Peter answering says to Jesus, Rabbi, it is good that we should be here; and let us make three tabernacles, for thee one, and for Moses one, and for Elias one.
6 For he knew not what he should say, for they were filled with fear.7 And there came a cloud overshadowing them, and there came a voice out of the cloud, *This* is my beloved Son: hear him.8 And suddenly having looked around, they no longer saw any one, but Jesus alone with themselves.9 And as they descended from the mountain, he charged them that they should relate to no one what they had seen, unless when the Son of man should be risen from among [the] dead.”

  • A man called Jesus
In this Gospel preaching you will hear about God’s son, a man called Jesus who came into this world to bring Salvation to mankind.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
John 9:1-10 “9 And as he passed on, he saw a man blind from birth.2 And his disciples asked him, saying, Rabbi, who sinned, this [man] or his parents, that he should be born blind?3 Jesus answered, Neither has this [man] sinned nor his parents, but that the works of God should be manifested in him.4 I must work the works of him that has sent me while it is day. [The] night is coming, when no one can work.
5 As long as I am in the world, I am [the] light of the world.6 Having said these things, he spat on the ground and made mud of the spittle, and put the mud, as ointment, on his eyes.7 And he said to him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, which is interpreted, Sent. He went therefore and washed, and came seeing.
8 The neighbours therefore, and those who used to see him before, that he was a beggar, said, Is not this he that was sitting and begging?9 Some said, It is he; others said, No, but he is like him: *he* said, It is I.10 They said therefore to him, How have thine eyes been opened?11 He answered [and said], A man called Jesus made mud and anointed mine eyes, and said to me, Go to Siloam and wash: and having gone and washed, I saw.”
John 4:28-30 “28 The woman then left her waterpot and went away into the city, and says to the men,29 Come, see a man who told me all things I had ever done: is not he the Christ?30 They went out of the city and came to him.”
John 19:1-6 “19 Then Pilate therefore took Jesus and scourged [him].2 And the soldiers having plaited a crown of thorns put it on his head, and put a purple robe on him,3 and came to him and said, Hail, king of the Jews! and gave him blows on the face.
4 And Pilate went out again and says to them, Lo, I bring him out to you, that ye may know that I find in him no fault whatever.5 (Jesus therefore went forth without, wearing the crown of thorn, and the purple robe.) And he says to them, Behold the man!6 When therefore the chief priests and the officers saw him they cried out saying, Crucify, crucify [him]. Pilate says to them, Take him ye and crucify [him], for I find no fault in him.”

  • The Steps of Jesus
In this Gospel preaching you will hear about the steps of Jesus that took Him to Calvary’s cross. There is salvation available for everyone who comes to the Lord Jesus in faith and repentance.
    Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation
    1 Peter 2:21-25 “21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 who, [when] reviled, reviled not again; [when] suffering, threatened not; but gave [himself] over into the hands of him who judges righteously;24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.”
Proverbs 30:29-31 “29 There are three [things] which have a stately step, and four are comely in going:30 The lion, mighty among beasts, which turneth not away for any;31 a [horse] girt in the loins; or the he-goat; and a king, against whom none can rise up.”
Luke 24:45-53 “45 Then he opened their understanding to understand the scriptures,46 and said to them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved the Christ to suffer, and to rise from among the dead the third day;47 and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name to all the nations beginning at Jerusalem.
48 And *ye* are witnesses of these things.49 And behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you; but do ye remain in the city till ye be clothed with power from on high.50 And he led them out as far as Bethany, and having lifted up his hands, he blessed them.51 And it came to pass as he was blessing them, he was separated from them and was carried up into heaven.
52 And *they*, having done him homage, returned to Jerusalem with great joy,53 and were continually in the temple praising and blessing God.”
