Chris Smith was a young, up and coming business man who had a knack for getting people to think they needed a mortgage refi or debt consolidation.  He eventually decided he didn't want to work for anyone else but himself, so he and a co-worker formed their own Lead Generation company they called The 800 Exchange.  They hit the ground running, and began making money hand over fist as soon as they launched.  Unfortunately, Chris didn't know his partner Ed as well as he thought he did and within a year, he found his new business partner mired in financial legal problems - big ones - both civilly and criminally.  Ed eventually came up with a scheme to try and solve all his problems - but it involved eliminating his unsuspecting partner.
