We pick up back at the hospital in August 1997, where Diana is declared dead around 4 am. Immediately, the decisions made surrounding her death don't make any sense. Why was evidence destroyed? Why were the doctors who embalmed her body without proper documentation not held accountable? Why does no one ever talk about the survivor of the crash?
