Real leaders lead from the front and leaders extinguish all weakness. Wes became a real leader in the penitentiary. Before, he was only good at a few things. He only knew how to make some easy money, knew how to act like he was elevated over people. He does what most fake hard ones are doing. He would stand on his strengths without magnifying his weaknesses. But the penitentiary taught him something different. Why? Because there is no hiding. You have to outdo everybody with living. You have to live how you preach.
