2 years before his release, Wes Watson was sent to Delano -- a prison level he considers to be far better than the penitentiary. Today, he describes his experience with people transpacking from Delano to the penitentiary, how gaining power inside will take you out to another prison spot, how he managed to keep his people on deck even with the situation at hand, and how he overcame another level of suffering brought about by unexpected situations and grow.
