Equinor says the chances of an oil spill once Bay du Nord starts sucking half a billion barrels of oil out of the Flemish Pass Basin are infinitesimally small. But with dozens of wells, over 30 years... one scientist says using Equinor's own data there's actually a 16% chance of a significant spill.
