  • PNN with Jeanine Molloff & Rick Spisak - COVIDIOT lies & nuclear Ukraine
This week, we have two big stories on our Sunday show. First, our founder and executive producer, Rick Spisak has an interview with Dr. Rebekah Jones, the scientist who was fired by Governor DeSantis. Her crime? She used geographic information system software to create a COVID dashboard for the Florida Department of Health. DeSantis wanted her to hide COVID data. She refused to falsify COVID statistics and filed a whistleblower lawsuit. Jones was fired the next day. These days, Rebekah Jones is running for Congress against Matt Gaetz. Rick has that interview.
I will be talking about Ukraine, including the cowardly invasion by Russia, and the nuclear danger presented by Chernobyl and multiple nuclear reactors, which are not designed to withstand bombings. Because of Putin's insane invasion, a nuclear event is possible.
    Come listen.

  • EJR with Jeanine Molloff - Methane dumped into atmosphere worse than CO2
There's a giant plume of methane gas coming from Florida. The methane dump is so large that it can be seen from satellites. The mainstream media that has covered this story is treating this event as an anomaly, a single occurrence, but that's not the truth. Methane dumps have been detected by environmentalists and scientists for some years, while the corporate media has dutifully ignored the situation--until now. The Florida methane plume is too enormous to be ignored, so it is being reported as an environmental hiccup. In the meanwhile, natural gas has been granted the mantle of a 'clean' energy, which couldn't be further from the truth. This is part one.
Next week, I will discuss the factors preventing methane reduction strategies. These factors include profit motives, and the latest judicial power theft orchestrated by the conservatives on the Supreme Court. That will be part two.

  • PNN with Jeanine Molloff - COVIDIOT truckers, mask bans, and GOP sociopaths
This week the BIG Story deals with the COVIDIOT trucker convoys in Canada, which are now preparing to invade Kansas and Missouri, and the general level of sociopathy displayed by COVID denialist. I will also reveal the deep ties of these truckers to established white supremacist, neo-Nazi, and 'accelerationist' groups, whose only ambition is to attack minorities and destroy democracy itself. This is NOT hyperbole. It is documented fact.
I will also reveal that the Mo. Attorney General behind the attacks on mask mandates in our schools lied to the legislature. He claimed that school districts do not have the authority to quarantine students who test positive for contagious diseases. HE"S WRONG.
Finally, I will call out those politicians either to selfish or too cowardly to demand a sensible COVID policy.

  • PNN with Jeanine Molloff - How Facebook Censors with Bogus 'Fact Checkers'
This week on our Sunday show, the Big Story will be about Facebook censorship using dubious fact-checking companies like AFP or Agency France-Presse. Now, normally, I actually respect AFP, but recently I was 'fact-checked' on Facebook for something I REPOSTED. It wasn't my actual posting. It originated with Dan Price. If that name sounds familiar, it should. Dan Price is the head of a company called Gravity Payments, who established a minimum wage for his workers --of $70,000. Price tweeted how the current rise in consumer prices wasn't due to inflation--it was nothing but price-gouging.  I agree with Price, so I reposted his message. I received a message from Facebook that the repost was 'missing context.' For God's sake--it was reposted from a tweet! How much 'context' can a tweet have?!
Facebook added the following to my reposting: "Missing Context. The same information was checked in another post by independent fact-checkers." So, I checked the link Facebook sent. It was from AFP. I read the article the fact-checker used to base this 'correction.' AFP screwed up. I will show you why--and why fact-checking should be left to groups that do NOT accept payment from corporate clients as AFP now does.
    Check it out.

  • EJR with Jeanine Molloff - Clean Air Act v. Supreme Court - we are screwed..
The Supreme Court accepted a case last month that could decide the fate of the Clean Air Act--and the subsequent duty of the EPA to regulate pollution emissions. The case is West Virginia v. EPA. This case is about far more than the specific details in the complaint. This case could be the final deathblow to federal regulation of anything, due to the "nondelegation doctrine" espoused by Justice Neil Gorsuch and fellow corporatists. I won't call Justices Gorsuch, Alito,Thomas, Roberts, Kavanaugh and Coney-Barrett--'conservatives' as they seek to conserve nothing but the status quo--which IS the reign of "corporate capture." Using a court created 'legal fiction', Gorsuch and 'friends' will attempt to complete a formula which will render federal regulations inoperable, and result in a total corporate run state.

  • PNN with Jeanine Molloff--Trump must be criminally prosecuted for Jan 6th.
This week on PNN's Sunday Show, I will discuss an undeniable fact, namely that Donald Trump must face criminal prosecution for his role in the January 6th Insurrection. There IS a case to be made, and I will present the case as made by various legal scholars including Harvard Law School Professor, Laurence Tribe. Trump cannot be allowed to walk away from this dangerous coup, mainly because he is planning another one.
And just when you thought the GOP couldn't sink any lower into fascist filth--they do. The National Republican Committee has issued a public statement declaring that the events of January 6th, 2021 were merely an "expression of legitimate political discourse." While the GOP has been criticized for this absurd declaration; no movement has been made to indict and prosecute Donald Trump in a criminal court.

  • PNN- Biden, the 'hot' mic, and yes--Fox News IS a bunch of lying SOB's
So, President Biden had an unfortunate 'hot mic' slip-up this week. He thought the microphone was turned off, when he called out a Fox 'News' reporter as a .."dumb son of a bitch." We have all had these private moments, and while undiplomatic--it was just plain funny because Biden said what every progressive has always known. Frankly, I'd like to see more brutally honest moments coming from Biden--especially aimed towards turncoats Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema.
So, this week, one of our stories will deal with the "dumb son of a bitches' who listen to Fox. What can we do about a network that uses inuendo, misinformation and blatant lies, to push propaganda? What is the public's responsibility? How can we demand a return to accountability? One way is to bring back the 'Fairness Doctrine.' The Fairness Doctrine allowed members of the public air time to offer rebuttal to any story in the news. Unlike the present shouting match we see in the 'comments' section of online print and broadcast news, the Fairness Doctrine demanded rebuttalt that was based in documented facts. So, what happened to this needed tool? Reagan ended it. So, lets look a a revamped Fairness Doctrine and a renewed push for accountability which balances free speech rights with a return to documented facts and actual journalism.
Also, we WILL have our Jackass of the Week segment.

  • PNN - Supreme Court COVID vaccine mandate case rulings could destroy democracy.
This week on the Sunday edition of PNN, I will discuss the ramification of the two COVID vaccine mandate cases Supreme Court rulings and what they actually mean for the survival of democracy itself. On the surface these cases look rather benign, but the legal 'reasoning' used by unelected conservative judges could destroy the last shred of democracy itself, as the court steals power from the Executive and Legislative branches. Essentially, these two cases serve as the litmus test to destroy any enforcement mechanisms of our regulatory agencies. These are the regulations that help to safeguard our food supply and ensure that the medical people treating you are properly credentialed. These are the regulations that reversed the savage corporate abuses seen in the Sinclair Lewis classic, The Jungle. This is our big story.
Next, I will discuss the mockery of the U.S. Senate as Republicans, aided by two alleged Democrats blocked voting rights, by refusing to amend the rules of the silent filibuster.
Finally, I will present the Jackasserie Award for political treachery and cowardice.

  • EJR with Jeanine Molloff--Voting rights are required to save the planet.
Days after the Martin Luther King holiday, I became keenly aware that in order for any honest environmental legislation to pass and be implemented, we must pass universal voting rights that no state legislature can rescind. Our nation has been overcome by 'corporate capture' and as a byproduct of that event, is characterized by wholesale corruption which would make Tammany Hall crooks look like rank amateurs.
Our right to vote and have our votes counted is paramount. In order to achieve this goal, the silent filibuster must be eradicated forever.
    Come listen.

  • PNN Special Observance in Honor of Dr. King
On this observance of Dr. King's life, I wanted to dedicate a show to his honor. In this age of increasingly open and virulent racism, the need to confront the injustice of said racism is obvious. This episode will not present the popular 'Disneyfied' version of King, which constantly reruns the "i Have A Dream" speech, but only grants attention to the surface meaning, while casting aside the darker aspects of American racism. Many Americans fail to see that racism here is on a par with Nazism during the ascendancy of Hitler's Third Reich. In fact, Hitler borrowed many ideas for the infamous Nuremberg laws from the Jim Crow laws of the American south.
So, in honor of Dr. King, I will read the 'Letters From A Birmingham Jail" speech.
In this context, we must realize that it is not enough to claim that we are not racist. We must be anti-racism. There is no middle ground. I do this to honor my brothers and sisters of color and send them my love and loyalty in this fight.
