  • PNN/EJR w/Jeanine Molloff - SCOTUS targets voting rights in Moore case....
This week on PNN, our founder Rick Spisak crafted an essay that will run. It will be illuminating as always.
Next, I will discuss how the conservatives on the SCOTUS (Supreme Court) are once again targeting our rights. This time the case is Moore v. Harper, and the bogus theory pushed by Neil Gorsuch is the Independent States Legislatures Doctrine, which essentially grants state legislatures the power to potentially reverse election results they don't happen to like. This case is a direct attack on democracy itself.
Next, we have our "Jackass of the Week Award.
    Come listen.

  • EJR Supreme Court limits EPA power to regulate - definitely NOT pro-life
Today, the Supreme Court handed down a decision in W. Virginia v. EPA, which limits the authority of the EPA to regulate environmental toxins and other forms of pollution. This same 'pro-life' SCOTUS, has handed down a death penalty to the planet. I will discuss the future ramifications of this decision. I will also discuss why Supreme Court justices must be forced to follow a code of ethics. For example, Amy Coney Barrett's father was a corporate attorney for the fossil fuel industry and remains a lobbyist for the same industry. She should have been forced to recuse herself from this case. No such accountability or transparency standard exists for the Supreme Court.
Rick Spisak, our founder, has written a delightful essay for our audience.
And, PNN's Jackass of the Week Award will be granted to a very 'special' recipient.
    Come tune in .

  • PNN Jan. 6th investigations and Roe reversal - criminals run the seat of power.
First, our founder Rick Spisak has an interview with guest Professor Wendy Lee on the January 6th committee investigation and the involvement of the Proud Boys.
Next, I will cover the foul decision handed down by Supreme Court religious conservatives, which overturned the Roe precedent. The implications for ALL unenumerated rights are dire.
Finally, we will have the Jackass of the Week award.

  • EJR with Jeanine Molloff - Corporations fight climate law by suing governments.
EJR is back! This week I will report how the very corporations responsible for trashing the planet, are suing governments globally in a desperate attempt to kill any meaningful climate justice law. Now, both the mainstream press, (and progressive outlets like TYT with Cenck Ughur), are reporting this story as if it were a new phenomenon--it's not. This process has been in effect for years, courtesy of a specific tool that permeates our multilateral trade agreements, namely ISDS or Investor State Dispute Settlement.
ISDS is essentially, a kangaroo court, and the judges or 'arbitrators' often come from the ranks of corporate law firms that are paid by the very polluters bringing the suit. It is a dishonest setup, and both democrats and republicans signed off on this Faustian deal.
I have written on this subject for some time now. Come join me.

  • PNN - Police Have No Duty 'To Serve & Protect According to 2005 SCOTUS Ruling
Recently the world watched as 19 elementary school children were gunned down by a murderer with an assault weapon, while the police stood down and did nothing. Furthermore, police abused and attacked parents desperate to save their children. This Monday, a video was released that clearly showed a man drowining in an Arizona lake, pleading with police, and again--the police did nothing. A reasonable person would assum that the police in each case would be held legally accountabble, and that 'reasonable' person would be wrong. This report will dicuss the history of policing in the USA, why it was created, and why police can stand down as children are murdered.
The legal case which justifies police cowardice derives from a 2005 Supreme Court opinion written by the man who gave us Citizens United--the late Antonin Scalia. I will discuss thie case of Castle Rock v. Gonzales.
I will then discuss how the theoretical underpinnings of the law can often undermine justice itself.
We will also name the honored recipient for the Jackass of the Week Award.

  • PNN w/ Jeanine Molloff - Alt-Right Group Liberty Alliance Targets Schools in MO
This Sunday, I will report on an alt-right group in Missouri known as Liberty Alliance. This group has released a 'Woke' Map, which targets specific schools and school districts in Missouri, which are believed to be indoctrinating children in 'socialism', 'explicit sexual instruction in terms of the LGBTQ community', as well as 'grooming toddlers for sexual activity.' This 'Woke' Map appears amidst the tragedy of the Ulvade mass murders at Robb Elementary School. This 'Woke' Map is not only the height of irresponsibility; it is an invitation, an incitement to future violence against our schools, but that's not the most shocking detail. This group is run by GOP operatives in Missouri and derives funding from that same GOP. This group's website includes a section for 'Conservative Champions,' which includes the Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmidt, (who is running for Roy Blunt's US Senate seat), and Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft. Ashcroft is the son of former US Attorney General John Ashcroft, during the George W. Bush administration. You remember--the same John Ashcroft that tolerated legalized TORTURE--in direct violation of the 8th amendment! This doesn't get any more 'mainstream' GOP than the Ashcrofts.
Liberty Alliance IS an alt-right group (IMHO), which is actively targeting its political enemies in our SCHOOLS. Come join me as I DOXX this group.

  • PNN with Jeanine Molloff - Ulvade Texas murders and the NRA controlled GOP
Within the span of a week, we have witnessed two brutal mass murders, one in Buffalo, New York, and the other in Ulvade, Texas. The mass murder in Buffalo was clearly a hate crime, with an 18 year old shooter who published a 180 page manifesto filled with racist and neo Nazi tropes. Most of the victims were elderly and black. In Ulvade, Texas we witnessed another 18 year old, enter an elementary school and proceed to murder 19 children and 2 teachers. In both instances, the GOP of Trump continues to lie to the public and blame the shootings on mental illness. The same GOP then scapegoats any dissent by shrieking the trope of 'politicizing' the tragedies. In both instances, the police were late and ineffectual. Today's show will discuss the issue of the 2nd amendment, what it actually says, and the corruption of the GOP.
Our Jackass of the Week Award will also be awarded to a very deserving party.

  • PNN with Jeanine Molloff - Alt-Right Extremists in State Legislatures
This Sunday, I will begin discussion of a report titled: Breaching the Mainstream. This report has detailed the positions and extremist ties to alt-right, white supremacist, radical insurrectionists that far too many Republican State Legislators have. This report NAMES THESE EXTREMISTS. Since the Supreme Court is determined to hand over our rights to various state level legislatures controlled by the GOP, this report is more needed than ever.
And of course, we will have our Jackass of the Week award.
    Come listen.

  • PNN with Jeanine Molloff & Rick Spisak - ROE decision implications for all of us
This week on our Sunday broadcast, we have two stories. Our founder, Rick Spisak interviewed longtime human rights activist, Meredith Ockman. Meredith has been a driving force for women's rights, Planned Parenthood, and the LGBTQ community. She is also the Chair of the Palm Beach Human RIghts Council, and an eperienced political campaign operative.
Our second story is also about the pending ROE decision, the GOP stonewalling, and how the very real implications are already being felt by minorities even before the SCOTUS decision has been finally handed down. Privacy rights of all types are being attacked by police. Just recently, a young trans woman in high school was attacked by police, who broke into her house, and handed her over to foster care. Her crime? She wanted to attend school as a trans girl. The school would not allow her to enter the building. She was told to take her classes online, and she refused. The police called her truant and essentially kidnapped her. This happened in Tennessee, and is an example of the vast implications of this decision.
We willl also designate our Jackass of the Week.

  • PNN with Jeanine Molloff - The Leaked Roe Decision's dangerous implications.
This Sunday I will discuss the danger of the leaked Supreme Court preliminary decision on Roe v. Wade. The ramifications for all Americans are dire. Not only does a possible reversal of Roe eviscerate reproductive rights for women, but a more thorough investigation will show how many other rights could be sent to the guillotine, such as--a right to privacy. Since the right to an abortion was based on the right to privacy, all other rights which depend on privacy are also on the chopping block. Contraception could be outlawed. Police could use this to build a new precedent bridge which throw out the 4th amendment. Come listen to the is important report.
Secondly, I will discuss how Supreme Court justices, (and all judges), should be forced to make all deliberations and actions open to the public.
FInally, our Jackass of the Week will be awarded to the tone-deaf Met Gala, whose theme was the "GIlded Age." I would argue that the theme was more accurately termed as 'the GIlded Age Meets the Hunger Games 2022."
