We will be joined by Leanne Matlow –Founder of Mental Health Empowerment Day and a cognitive behavioural therapy counsellor specializing in anxiety for children and adolescents. Also joining us will be Seth Zosky -Student at Sheridan College and Winner of BT’s Canada’s Got Talent Search with his group CZN. We will also hear from Ella and Mia two inspiring youngsters. Project Give Back Connects - The Power of Resiliency

In our first bi-weekly episode, hear Halle Burnett sing Rise Up, by Andra Day. Learn to find strength in what makes you different from Adrienne Gold, and get inspired by teenage dynamo Arissa Roy, who has learned at a very young age the power of giving and championed some amazing initiatives.

This week we learn from two experts. Eric Petersiel, Head of School for The Leo Baeck Day School will speak with us about the role of community in education. Nancy Lerner, Education Consultant and former Principal in the TDSB will discuss the importance of focusing on the whole child, in school and at home. We will learn from Logan Petersiel about their eye opening and inspiring year and enjoy a performance from them. Our Shining Star William Carter will let us know what he did to make our world brighter. And of course, Lindsay will challenge us in her segment of Kindness Corner.
